  22. Headed to bed last night at 9pm....and now it's time for that new start on things.
I never believed in luck Tee, yet today I as I know now that my Physio starts next
Monday....this morning I am settling up with my insurance company the payment
for my car and hopefully camera.....I think they are starting to know me by name
over there by now. Too accidents within a year! :) Yet not my fault. Tells something
about how fast we want to get to places some < not all.

  23. Jim, I will get a camera as the new one went out with it and I hope that I have my money settlement
with the car today - and then I can go fetch me new sneakers as I am ready and am going to push it.
Within a way I did before back when I tore tendons around my deltoids...so remember those sticky pads?
I have one note pad set up now with a list of things to do and at the end of each week I review my own
progress physically and mentally....as the two are inter connected.

  25. Karyn yes and inspiration within several areas is what I do. Last night I was off here early and I was watching the Japanese speed skaters
and their style of training....it's all within the mindset. Look at the athletes that are there in BC right now. Now this is something I do look forward too
watching on the tele. As I am not a big television fan - yet it's amazing to see how much work these athletes put in.
