Made the Deal




I made the deal and bought a Ford. I didn't get, " It's a car that was drove by an old lady that only drove it to go to bingo". I really obtained a very nice deal on this Ford. It's not a brand new car but it's five years old. At this point in time all I wished for was to have wheels to just get from "A" to "B". I went for a good ride in it after test driving it and in talking to the owner of the dealership - whom I new many years ago. Funny how some people as the head of the sales people had been there for 41 years. However this John Mackinnon was the salesman that sold me the car I bought just a month ago. And well needless to say, I don't need a Jag, I don't need a hummer. All I need is something that does the job. So I am truly happy how today went within a stream if you will.

Within winter here one does need to have "wheels". While I was negotiating the price I took several pictures as man there are some great new cars but right now it comes down to needs and wants.



What I need now is just the basic. And well, I got that and maybe a little more than what I thought I would but finally this is done. In all the dealerships that are out there right now I would never buy anything but a Ford at this point in time.

So it's a grand day.

    "Bargain of a deal" Rashmi and yes things will be much more easier. As now during the winter I have a auto starter (well I did with the other) but
    I am not all that material but practicle...beside this John never hit me with the sales pitch. So I saved some and it's all good. I have thirty days
    and I can return it if I don't like it ---- but I LIKES IT :)

    Everymorning I go for an hour walk right now so I took my camera along with me. I am not giving up on my retraining.
    Thanks much....here we had abnormally more snow than usual but these past few days have been actually very nice.

    Thank you Jack it is my daughter,and the hosp.put the phone to her ear at 3AM.this morning for me and I just had a couple seconds to say something.Was all ready with a few important words of encouragment.A friend pointed me in the right direction.

    You will certainly enjoy, Ford has nice models and one good thing about them is they are not only good looking, they are reliable too! First year I bought my first Focus, I drove to Gaspé area with my fishing gears, luggage and all the rest. Plenty of cargo space and a very pleasant drive! Enjoy Jack! Thanks for the winter landscape too. We know it is cold, nevertheless it is beautiful out there.

    Oui! I wouldn't buy a Toyota at this point in time and during this time of the year. Well it's warmer here than over there in Dorval right now :) Gotcha....
    The car is just a form of transportation, so it's not a brand new one but it will last. The winterscape was while I was walking as I have been doing each and every morning right now. Mind you I stretch first and then after.

    The bingo comment means that she didn't go far and probably only once a week...however the salesman didn't know my mom or the women she went to bingo with...hahahaha...They would travel many miles and several times a week to play bingo.

    I hope to ...........................I am heading out on a photo spree today! It's still dark up here Lucija, and I am so looking forward to this and well I don't have the new camera but the lets see what the old beat up one can do as this was taken from it so porque no? Why not....:)
