Aside of the Ceremonies

I had to step out during the final Hockey Game but this was a very historical game. I forget when the last time that Canada and United States were within the finals. I had felt since the beginning that this was the only area in which there would be a gold won by Canada. But they did, it's all within the name of sport and I had to run to a confectionery and both on the television as well as on the intercom all you could here was this final Hockey Game. Was it close. It was very close. Both did a tremendous job. Crosby and Nash where something else from Team Canada and when I turned over the the Canadian network, you could see all the celebrities from Hollywood at the game and right now as I am just finishing supper, they are broadcasting all the troops that are within Afghanistan. I guess I am proud and from cost to cost across Canada and within other nations there are people that are smiling with regards to these games. But Hockey was the finality of the sports and not only are the streets in Vancouver celebrating, many are with regards to these games. The games are over and this was all too good. It's interesting how so many have watched this and I don't think anyone walks away as an athlete or an ordinary person that can't feel this was something.

Canada won the most in Golds - but everyone won. As it's all within the manner of the sport.

Now to conclude all of this will have to wait for another day but I am going to place on all the links that I have placed on here since the inception of writing on these games and then thereafter write afterwards on how I see this all. I truly have enjoyed this, not because I live within Canada, but for what it all stands for and as well not in defence of the games but I have yet to know what I will write. But I shall. The first stage will be placing in here all the writings that were wrote. As follows below:

A Sunday Mention...

I am sorry that I have not been to other peoples pages as much. I have never done this before where I have been writing one one subject in particular. Which is the Olympics. I really have taken an interest within them and it's been something that I find very interesting to say the least. I do look forward to writing on other things and as well reading other blogs. I guess I am kind of focused on them, yet they only come once every four years. I thought I would mention this on this Sunday afternoon as I know I have not kept up on what others are writings, with the exception of a few. Literally I love to interact with several and I have always believed within the collaboration of blogging but this shall all come to an end after these Winter Olympics are over with.

Sorry that I have been focusing mostly on my own writings, but it shall be over with as of today...I look forward to reading other friends blogs as well.

A Request from Jack

Hi Everyone,

Well there are several things that I wish to write tonight but as well I really do wish to do one thing of my own in a manner that is different. I have this review and I hope most all have noticed. These Winter Olympics have been something that I have been following right from the start. I guess for several reasons. I am an early riser, and then go about things and then do get back. I really like to see the diversity of reviews of those that are have taken an interest within these Olympics. I have read several papers, while doing other things and I know there are some that have been following it. I have had pm's from many in various parts of Europe and within United States and Canada. We are coming end of the second Winter Olympics that hit right on the 10th year of the 21st Century. I really know it is much to ask but I do wish to do something conceptually as I have made this review. I am going to keep this write short but I would really appreciate your honest remarks with regards to these games. It's really the first time I have done something like this. I know that there have been a variety of media that have reported their own opinions on the Winter Olympics in Vancouver. I feel we as a collect entity do have our own thoughts. This is why we blog. I would truly appreciate your own little review. I am going to keep this short but a request is a request and if need be I will delete the entire review thereafter but I certainly would like your own review as we are nearing the eve of the end of these Winter Olympics.  So with that in mind, I would certainly appreciate if you do have that little bit of time to give your own thoughts on it all. It can be as large as you wish or as short. But I do thank you for those that do. I never force things but I really enjoy the varied opinions of those that have taken an interest within these games.

Yeah I truly have and do.

Here is the link to the Review and it's my first in doing one on here:

http://initiativestain.multiply.com/reviews

This write if I may mention is not the place I guess it should have been a note however some don't get notes so the above address is really where I do wish or would like to have the placement of your own thoughts however for the comments made on this thanks.

The 2010 Winter Olympics

Rating:
Category:Other
As we come to a close of the winter Olympics, there are several areas that one can look at the monies spent, the competitions, some of the situations that had happened within the beginning of the ceremonies. On a level of 0 – 5. What is your overall rating of the 2010 Winter Olympics? Five would be excellent. One would be very poorly done.

All comments and all thoughts are more than welcome. For some reason my Rating stars don't work on this but for those that have been following this it would be very interesting to see how you rate this, I am going to do my own rating as well probably after I have a few posts. Note each Olympics have always been and economic concern. As well, there are pros and cons to each and everything. Yet there is ones own personal feeling on these Winter Olympics of 2010. The first Winter Olympics to be on the tenth year of the 21st Century. Please if you have the time do take all into consideration and your own review is more that appreciated. Please do keep it clean if you know what I mean. I do thank you for your participation. As most all have known I have been writing on the Olympics since the day they began. I don't reside in Vancouver, so I do have my own pros and cons with this as well. I reside in a part of Canada but I am a dual citizen so for me this is not politics, I am just interested in seeing what opinions each person has. I am sure there are many things to take into consideration for some and then there - well lets just say no one is right nor wrong. I am just trying to get a idea before the ceremonies of how everyone has felt with regards to these Winter Olympics.

It will be of most interest to see the varied views, as there are many. Thanks if you have a moment of your time and if you have not followed them at all if you wish please just indicate this.

Update > I am unsure why I can't do the star ratings myself on here but I hope, I do really hope that all that have watched these Olympics either PM me or do take the time to say what they think. There obviously are some that don't much take to the Olympics but yet I have had friends from Norway and the likes of so many different places it really would be nice to have your own input within this first time review as we the Winter Olympics are coming to a closure this weekend.

Regards and Respect,

Jack

What I have learned is that I do have some very good friends on here - this is all so obvious and it's rather very nice. You almost know everyone.

Poor Losers if you Ask Me

Dmitry Medvedev of Russia has cancelled his visit to Vancouver to attend and accept the flag for the next Winter Olympics during the closing ceremonies this Sunday. That's a very poor sport if you ask me. There are other countries that have done far worse. You would think that President Medvedev would follow the traditional attendance to the end of Sunday's Olympics as the next Winter Olympics shall be held in a place city called Sochi in 2014. If you ask me, I think it should go to the second city that was considered to be the host of these fine games. Russia is the next host of the Winter Olympics 2014, and Medvedev had planned to attend. No official reason for the cancellation was given, but speculation is that Russia was very disappointed with the defeat with the Hockey game with Canada. Instead of the President the mayor of the host city that is expected to receive the Olympic flag at the end of the Games. This news follows the defeat of the Russian men's Hockey Teams performance. Russia lost by as score of seven to three against Canada last Wednesday night. All I can say is I feel sorry for the Russian athletes.
It was the first time in history the Russians exited the Olympic tournament without playing for a medal. Russia has also fared poorly in the medal count at the Vancouver Olympics, holding fifth place behind Canada as of Thursday morning with 13 medals, less than half of their desired results. But so what? It's more about the game and the athletes I guess this is an example of poor losers at the best if you ask me. Yet look at so many other countries that have not faired out well. They still partake each and every Olympics. I feel that when there are teams that only have four athletes and keep coming back with hopes for a medal, and yet keep partaking it’s all what sport is about but when you have a government that is hosting the next Winter Olympics and chooses to be a poor loser – maybe there should be a ruling that if they don’t attend then it does go to the next country that came in second place for the Winter Olympics in 2014. Then there are great winners, regardless of the outcome. Joannie Rochette has continued to compete in figure skating just two days her mother’s sudden death giving an emotional and technically sound skate last Tuesday. And there are others with there own stories from all over the world. I really think the winners are within the athletes and this is they way that we do it. I think he is a disgrace to the athletes of if you ask me. Look at the Koreans even. They are the most resilient speed skaters I have ever seen in my life. Apollo Ono, this guy literally is agility at it’s best. Each and every player if you ask me regardless of what country they come from train so hard and with such spirit. Have you noticed how the Flag face painting took off? I thought I would place this in here.  But only one country is of the likes of Russia I guess with this type of decision. There are so many stories that I have read but this one really does take the cake. If I was a member of the Olympic Committee I would give it the 2014 Winter Olympics to another country. But that is just me.

You know I have to get off these Olympics but I can't help myself...I love these games. I have never really taken the time to keep up with the Winter Olympics on a blog ever within my life.

Wednesday, February 24, 2010

I truly wish to thank you to each and everyone that has taken that time. We all have things that happen as such and there are no absolutes. But there is a render of spirit for which I certainly thank you from one that does not jump to conclusions. I really do thank you with this blog of this evening (no responce is necessary)....it is what it is.

Nothing within Life is an Absolute...

A Request For a Prayer...

I will be honest with you and I do hope for some of your prayers as I took my mother today back into the hospital she had the surgery yesterday - which I myself thought could have been put off, as she was fine. It was a cataract surgery the second of that went drastically wrong. I felt that she could postpone the second one till "other things" had come into place. Unfortunately back some four months ago a "practicing" young doctor here placed her on hydro - morphine while her main doctor was out of the country. He was in South Africa as his one parent of his passed away. When he arrived back he was livid but has been slowly titration of this medication, as she should have never been placed on it in the first place. According to him and he is one of the main doctors within her medical clinic and has been her doctor for some eight years. So the process has been an ordeal. As he was furious that she was ever placed on it. Yet there is nothing one can do. Then she being the one that wishes to tend to everything and thought that she could go ahead with the other one. I thought that with all things concerned that she would be far better off to post pone it for a month. Yet she had it done and she is down to nearly 90 lbs. right now and I was called back in as I thought she would be in there getting the proper care - yet here is were when the one specialist was coming close to being off for the evening - he gave her some salve and I said to follow up with her own eye specialist. When a nurse pulls you aside and sakes her head you know your on your own. That is not appropriate medical ethics. The emergency eye specialist pushed it over as he was at the end of his day and asked her to follow up with her own eye specialist tomorrow. This truly baffles me. And believe you me I have been in more hospitals with family than one would know. Ethics! Gosh I an angry...yet very concerned, very. The last thing in the world that I wish to take place is for this lady my own mother, which was entirely healthy as of 5 months ago to go down any further over this evening. I know it's going to be a case where another family member is taking her in tomorrow. But while I was talking to the nurse before I left she was nodding her head with the entire situation.
I have postponed my own second meet with a specialist (my knees), on this coming Friday as at this time I have seen things happen where the family acts within denial of sorts. Sorry if this did not come out perfectly right as I have a headache beyond belief.

But

I would kindly appreciate your prayers. I truly would...

Well at 6am it's nice a little cool....but it's fine with me, with a nice morning coffee at hand.

Nearing the end of these Winter Olympics

I have literally never been to British Columbia, yet where I left of on the Olympics seemingly there has come to be a certain Canadian pride. There have been several writes on this - I have always pondered on the identity of Canada. And yet for some reason Canada by way of these Winter Olympics have come to indicate something. Now where am I going with this? Canada as I mentioned will not bring home the all the gold medals that was wished to be - my own prediction yet for many I don't think that they really knew what Canada was. What is Canada? I have to look around a little more but Canada is not about winning yet already the games have as well as Vancouver and Whistler have been seen and I do think there is a new look at what Canada is from other countries. For myself, it has always been tremendously difficult to describe Canada in a few words there are some tremendous writing out there especially from the USA, as they never really realized. Ironically, British Columbia has really come into it's own. I myself have never been to this one province. Yet right now it's as green as can be, parts of it I guess. What Canada is...? I think that Canada has really made an international impact with these games and lets face there has always been a differences between people as we all live within different countries and within the sport it's really all good. Within the evenings I have been watching some of these games but most of all I was taken by NBC when the broadcasters of the morning show whom would get up early in the morning in order to make there simulcast, all four that were within some area within British Columbia. There is a good unity, by way of sport, meanwhile the ministers of each province met with the governors of the Unites States - is that a coincidence? Then when you look beyond internationally for some reason Canada has always been understood, as we although we never had a name of our identity. The games I think have done far more good internationally and as well between these two borders that are one of the longest within the world. I have never in my life seen Canadians at large wave flags in a manner the manner in with there is a patriotic flair. Literally it’s being done from all eleven provinces from Newfoundland all the way to British Colombia. It’s certainly a different thing to see. As far as who comes out on top, I think it was a large disappointment to many Canadians to see that Canada lost the game between USA and Canada - yet it's not over yet. Meanwhile the Canadians womens team they really have done great. Canada will not take home the predicted medals or hopes - but in a way that is what the Olympics. Yet from what I can see now many are saying this is one of the best a few have said by way of the city of Vancouver itself.

It's Been A While

Well needless to say I suppose but there have been some private things that have come up within my family since my last posting. I have literally not been on here since a few days if not more. I wish not to comment on the family matters at hand but do look forward to writing on some of the good things are going on. So I will have some catching up to do and as the saying goes it's been awhile. I really don't even no how to explain all this however I do look forward in catching up. So I do look on the brighter sides of things and I have to admit that priorities do come first. I have not had the time for pictures, nor have I had time for most anything at all, I didn't expect the change of events that had comes yet I am private now with family matter and I do wish to say that I do look forward to catching up.

I guess I will keep it simple for now.

When is Information Too Much Information...

I was watching CNN last night before I left to bed and there was a very interesting discussion that was going on between, Bill Maher and Larry King. The discussion was very provocative to say the least. As there was one question that Larry asked Bill and his response was that we are over informed. He went on to say that we tend now to be a society that over indulges in the news to the point that it's over done. He actually blamed the media. He had made several examples of this and he literally is someone that has his own opinion but at the same time he truly is a brilliant man if you ask me. I found that it was really something that caught my attention, as I have never heard someone say this. Over informed. According to Bill the media will not report all the news in an equal manner but they will thrive on a certain area and keep repeating on it to the point that it really come to be a disservice to the areas of things that are happening. I was amazed when he said that Haiti was over done and that he stopped listening to it at a certain point. He said that he had so many people that wrote to him about this, some declared him as being prejudice - and then he went on to say that we like the fast easy news. He went on to say how we tend to want immediate information. One example he made was within the Congo for years there have been over 9 million people dying and how we have become a state of convenience. I suppose what he was getting at was that news now is over done. It gets to a point where we have passed far beyond the learning curve. I myself love the news mind you I find that what he said was actually very true. We do have biased reporting, perhaps we are looking for the simple easy things rather than looking more in depth with what goes on within our world. Then again, I only watched the show as I got a little tired of mens figure skating because....(the rest is edited out) . So I ended up watching this show on CNN. It was captivating, as the women's figure skating is as well.

The Olympic Media Blame Game...

Journalists around the world especially from the United Kingdom have been criticizing so many aspects in the Games' many problems in the opening days, from a lack of snow on the ski and snowboard courses to ice problems at the speed skating venue. I found this article, and this is what was reported:

Recently the Olympics officials are retorted back.  "We continue to be impressed by the level of organization. It's been a very well organized Games -- has been right from the seven years we've been working with VANOC," said International Olympic Committee spokesperson Mark Adams. "The key thing is (problems) are identified and dealt with, and we feel that's being done. We're very happy." Criticism has been particularly harsh from the British media, which has collectively declared that the Games so far have tarnished Canada's international reputation. The Times Online has criticized Canada's $100 million-plus athlete-development program aimed at raking in this country's largest medal haul in the history of the Games. The Olympics, according to the Times, make a "global statement about a host city and its nation. For the Canadian hosts, the statement they had intended to make was tied up less in infrastructure and more in hard-nosed competitive edge; they pretty much told the world that they wanted to win medals more than friends."
Ouch. And it's just been downhill, so to speak, from there.
The Times declared that the Games "appear to have been cursed" and organizers are wringing their hands as the competition "staggers from one crisis to another." Indeed, representatives from VANOC have faced tough questions during daily media briefings about everything from a transportation system that has stranded athletes to the weather. Before the Games began, organizers were forced to start trucking in snow to Cypress Mountain, home to the freestyle skiing and snowboard events, which has been left slushy and foggy from rain and warm temperatures. Comedian Stephen Colbert joked about the weather on the Colbert Report, suggesting that "on future Winter Olympics hosting applications, you might want to add the question, ‘Does it snow there?'" But the Times went so far as to suggest that Vancouver tourism officials have their work cut out for them to counter the negative publicity that comes with snow-less mountains in a premier ski-holiday destination. "Much rides on an Olympic Games, not just financially but for the nation's global image," wrote reporter Kevin Eason. "Experts are still weighing up the potential damage to Vancouver's ‘brand' as trucks laden with imported snow roll down the highways through the rain to ensure that the Olympic venues have something that looks vaguely wintry for athletes to compete on." "Let's be honest, you are probably not going to book a skiing holiday in February in Vancouver if you have been watching the Games on television," Chris Lightfoot, a branding expert, told Eason.
On Monday, a headline in the Guardian newspaper screamed: "Vancouver Games continue downhill slide from disaster to calamity." Underneath the headline was a prediction that the 2010 Winter Games could go down as the "worst in Olympic history." Reporter Lawrence Donegan criticized the organizers' decision to hold events at Cypress Mountain, a location known for spotty weather. The rains have left organizers no choice but to refund thousands of tickets to snowboarding events because viewing platforms would be too unstable. Donegan also mocked the malfunctioning hydraulics system that left one of four cauldrons surrounding the Olympic flame to remain buried underground during Friday's opening ceremonies. Indeed, the endless series of calamities has led a writer on U.S. online magazine Salon.com to "fire" Canada as Olympic Games host in a humorous, but pointed, post. "This is not a decision we made lightly. Believe me, we wanted this thing to work," wrote Steve Almond. "But put yourself in our position, Canada. All we want to do is watch the strange, mostly obscure sports of the Winter Olympics -- and yet every day you, as the host nation, deliver up a fresh disaster. After the men's 500 metre speed skating event was delayed for nearly an hour because of problems with the Olympia keeping the ice clean at the Richmond Oval, NBC's Bob Costas called the situation "not acceptable," and Almond wrote the following: "Because, I mean, look at it: what's the one thing you should know how to do at this point, in terms of athletic preparedness? We're not asking you to produce a gripping television series, or a memorable historical figure. Just keep the ice smooth, Canada. That's all you had to do. And you had, like, eight years to plan for this." It also must be said that the Games started off on a sombre note, when Georgian luger Nodar Kumaritashvili was tragically killed during a training run hours before the opening ceremonies. The Times called the response to the tragedy, including blaming the crash on Kumaritashvili's own mistakes, "not only indecent but utterly unconvincing. The organizers explained that the track was perfectly safe, yet made dramatic changes to it, including extending the wall that could have saved him."
Despite the myriad international criticism, representatives from VANOC say they have identified and dealt with problems as they arise. "The goal for us is to continue to adjust as we see fit and to make sure the two priorities: the athletes who are here for their Olympic experience and the spectators both here and on television have the very best possible Olympic Games," said Renee Smith-Valade, VANOC's vice president of communications. And some members of the international media are quite enjoying their time in Vancouver. "I can't help feeling sympathy for our Canadian hosts here," blogged Daily Mail reporter Rick Broadbent said. "They so want to be loved and the negativity has grown until it is now the default setting of every cynic who thinks the Games are only here so a bunch of suits can go whale watching. And veteran sports reporter Christine Brennan of USA Today predicted that Vancouver's Games will not indeed go down in history as the worst ever. "It would be natural to fear that the lasting image of the Games had been seared into our minds even before the Olympics began, with a young athlete beginning a training run that in a matter of seconds ended his life," Brennan wrote.

It’s all too funny as the media tends be biased I find within their reporting. As it's opiniated and this blame game really has no place if you ask me. This is where you can’t please everyone and I have yet to see on Olympic games that havent had problems within the past – but that’s the media for you. There have been some troubles with the Winter Olympics, but within the manner of reporting I think that with all taken into consideration, you can never please everyone, but at the same time where ever the next Olympics are they will certainly find that they have there own problems. Why is it I think that England expects to have the next Winter Olympics? Taking all into consideration I think they are running very well with all things considered. But then that is my own opinion.

Susan Aglukark ` O Siem `

My one song of my blog is an old song by an aboriginal singer that had a hit back in the mid 90's. She still does do things, but is pretty much retired. I met her once when she was travelling on tour and I was based out of a small town. We had a very interesting talk as I invited her to come into my office within a small town that I had my main base as a manager of a few malls. This is one song that I thought was truly something that was the meaning within many things from which I write. Susan Aglukark is Algonquin but it really doesn't matter the words certainly do. There are so many remakes these days. This is one that I think if was found would certainly make a comeback within these times.

O Siem Susan Aglukark

O Siem
We are all family
O Siem
We're all the same
O Siem
The fires of freedom
Dance in the burning flame

Siem o siyeya
All people rich and poor
Siem o siyeya
Those who do and do not know
Siem o siyeya
Take the hand of one close by
Siem o siyeya
Of those who know because they try
And watch the walls come tumbling down

O Siem
We are all family
O Siem
We're all the same
O Siem
The fires of freedom
Dance in the burning flame

Siem o siyeya
All people of the world
Siem o siyeya
It's time to make the turn
Siem o siyeya
A chance to share your heart
Siem o siyeya
To make a brand new start
And watch the walls come tumbling down

O Siem
We are all family
O Siem
We're all the same
O Siem
The fires of freedom
Dance in the burning flame

Hockey Night in Canada

Hockey Night in Canada - Nuit de Hockey au Canada (26)

I guess we should call it Hockey Night as this is the first game to take place tonight between Canada and Norway. So I guess I would title this Olympic Hockey, or "The speed of skates as they glide".

Now if there is one sport that truly is Canadian it's Hockey. I myself have never played the game but hockey is one of the fastest sports and what goes into these players and how they train. It's something that I have known a few and I have seen the methods of there off training regime. Football doesn’t come close, nor does any sport that I have seen thus far when it come down to a team sport. Imagine standing on a large ball and keeping your balance while doing squats while you have several pound on top of you. Then think about the test of endurance. The amount of running that these athletes do is one that surpasses all. The agility of a hockey player is far beyond what most really do notice. They are lean, they are fast, they are not huge but they are tremendously fast. If there is one area in which the country of Canada has a patriotic feel. It's most definitely within Hockey. Hockey came by way of the Iroquois and Algonquin nations as they started what would come to be Lacrosse. That led to Hockey. Skates on ice are not just something they place on and play the game. I can literally tell you that I have known Steve the leader of the Canadian Team. While I was the marketing manager of the West Edmonton Mall years ago, I had the privilege of sitting at a dinner with Mario Lemieux, I think that is how you spell his name. Steve Yzerman is the captain of team Canada and how time flies as his cousin was my best friend and while he was playing for Detroit she would go down and well they played hard and then had fun, lets just leave it at that and then there was a Russ Walker.

But back to Hockey, I really don't know what sport compares to it - it's one of the fastest and as well, the players might not be large but they are in the best of shape. Probably much like rugby players but with a little more agility but yet something more. If you can stand the heat even if it's on the ice don't play it. Tonight is the first of the games to be played. There are very big hopes in a good way that Canada does bring home the gold within this sport, as it's something that defines most Canadians. It's of a historical value if you will.

http://initiativestain.multiply.com/photos/album/74/Nuit_de_hockey_au_Canada

When I was living in Edmonton, I was amazed with the trainers and the players what surprised me the most was how young they are, but then again it was not all that long ago that I was there age but I myself never played the game. Yet it's one that I find that does define Canada. And Canadians have high expectations.

Go teams go :)

The Dedicated One

The Dedicated One

Focusing on what I am
And what I could be
It’s not about my nationality
I have trained
Minutes, days and hours
No time to waste
As the countless times
Placed into this

My power is rooted
Within my dedication
Inspired from early days
Rooted deeply within

A definition of my standing
Is only of which I will know
Now this is the time
From which I have trained
My dream shall come true

Certainly I desire the gold
But to compete is what I behold
For no one knows the dedication
All within my aspiration
I am not one, nor two people
Or three
But I am one whole
To fulfill the dream

Question of the Week ?

Are we people that write and place things on that interests us or are we merely self promoting, and merely not really reading peoples writes but just quickly answering them in order to self promote?

Just a thought/question on a holiday Monday here.

To Inspire The World - Winter Olympics Part Two

I truly find these Olympics to be grand. I have realized that the utubes that one can share with updates are usually something that takes between twenty four hours or a little more. The most interesting thing now is the competition. The countries and it's something that is much different to all the news we see so frequently. I am not sure about you but we have a union in a global manner that we don't think about who is fighting who. I feel that this was the perfect time for this occasion as we seemingly read and see all the news by way of television and so on. An this is something that sort of brings us back to normality when it comes to what we have find entertaining. As there is always news that shapes our societies.

Then there is the good news perhaps these Olympics string a chord and give way to a different outlook on what we see as apart of our daily world and lives.

It's a holiday here tomorrow and this is that enjoyable evening time...

Valentines Day It Is...

Today here is Valentines Day and I had the intention to talk with a friend but things just didn’t work out. I am a single person my ex resides back in NY. That is long gone. No biggy there as it's long forgotten. Time can heal and it all seems to go fine.

Choices, to me, whenever love does come within my life it may very well just happen. I don't place that much weight into the day. Meanwhile, when I left off to meet up with some friends that are or have been good friends of myself as well as my family. I looked around and I could see all these people that were married, I looked at myself and thought about why I am single still to this day. There was a miss of something back while I was within the city previous to here and then things happen within life where you have so many things on your plate. But seemingly I am not the only one. Secondly, I would rather be single than to be within a relationship where it all goes wrong.
I am certainly not lonely. Well, as I was speaking with a friend in Ottawa that is the exact same way as me. Her response to me was that she is happy being single in comparison to being in a relationship where it's not right. So while looking around this mall - which I didn’t take any pictures as there is a time to take pictures and there is a time to just do life itself - like enjoy a brunch. I looked around and outside of the restaurant I could see a man walking the street just seemingly as lonely as can be. Now that is what I don't wish for. But within this day that came to be by traditional ways and is observed in many countries and is adapted within many. I don't place much weight into it. If I was married I certainly would.
What resonates in my head after this brunch was this song, "I don't know why". But really when it comes down to it each person has there own choices and I find that without trying there shall be a time and place encompassed within my own "space" whereby I do once again find something of a manner of love. This is merely my own thoughts.  I certainly enjoyed what took place last night with the love that was share and most enjoyable within a platonic yet nice way. I certainly do hope you know what I mean.  So those are the good thoughts on love. To all the ladies out there, there is a large difference between one that acts like a boy, compared to that is more of a gentleman. Actually it’s a two way street so to speak.
Yet gents can have a nice manner of fun with this as well. As for all the women that are on this earth, it's something that poetry could be wrote for day on end.

I think you know what I mean. Yet Valentines Day it has been.

Renders Within a Sunny State

Part of the day has been filled with taking a few pictures, I don’t know why. I enjoy it as well the hoarfrost was tremendous, I could have literally taken so many pictures of trees. Needless to say it’s just an enjoyable time. Possibly as it’s something that has some relevance. As well, it’s not the only thing I do, but it’s a segment of what I enjoy doing. I ran into a cross country skier that stopped and we talked for a while and we where talking about the this hoarfrost, I was in my boots while he was on his skis and he said that there is something that comes within nature after a seasonal time such as this. I replied with, “I hope its spring”. We both laughed and said "Yeah", and went about our own ways.

Yet today the temperatures were nice, in a sense after it all and then meeting up with some family friends whom had just arrived back from Mexico I kind of found then that I knew why.

This is that time where we merge towards spring and this is the time that is truly the nicer times of winter.

Happy Valentines

Most the people on here are good friends. I have always seen it that way there are married people, divorced, single, and so on. I am not sure how you post something to someone within a manner that touches them as a friend, yet that is just me. But within all of this to all I do certainly wish you a very Happy Valentines Day. In a few blogs earlier I was writing on the allure of love within movies. But that was just a write. So I truly extend to each and every friend (of course this means the women).

A Happy Valentines

To Inspire The World

With these opening ceremonies, we set out To Inspire The World, and it worked, from beginning to end.

I arrived home last night and shortly thereafter I turned on the television to watch the Winter Games by way of NBC and CTV. Seemingly there was really not much difference between the two channels with the exception that there were fewer commercials on CTV, which is a Canadian Channel. I was amazed, aside of the fact that there was the tragic death of Nodar Kumaritashvili who passed away and very typical there was that one minute of silence in his honour and for the honour of his teammates within the entire arena you could not hear a single word. The star studded finale began with the arrival of the Olympic flag carried by hockey star Bobby Orr, singer Anne Murray, race car driver Jacques Villeneuve, astronaut Julie Payette, actor Donald Sutherland, Terry Fox's mother, Betty Fox, figure skater Barbara Ann Scott-King and Senator Romeo Dallaire, who led the United Nations and observer mission in Uganda and Rwanda.

I could help but feel a pride as within the manner in which Canada is - it truly was illustrated by way every aspect in which the entire presentation went on.  The identity of the final torchbearer was a topic of much speculation leading up to opening ceremony. But, in the end, it was not a single athlete, but four that lit the cauldron. How typically Canadian.  Famed wheelchair athlete Rick Hansen carried the flame into the stadium where it was passed from gold medal winning speed skater Catriona Le May Doan from Saskatoon, to NBA star Steve Nash to gold medal skier Nancy Greene and, finally, to hockey great Wayne Gretzky.  Within a very tightly held budget for the opening ceremonies in comparison to the last that was held in Beijing. Canada truly showed the culture and diversity from the Atlantic coast to the Pacific. I loved the narratives of Donald Southerland as he quoted proverbs from each and ever region of Canada, his voice has with a rasp or tone of his very own kind. The narratives were all so well embedded within Canada’s history as well within the entire program of the ceremonies - it was substance.

From Newfoundland fiddlers and tap dancers, a folk lore rendition of historical value of Quebec, the Maritimes and east coast, the parries which featured the most touching song written by Joni Mitchell from Saskatchewan. As here song was played this young boy ran over the prairie fields and then floats and soars above the audience, with fields of wheat below. You could not hear a word in that dome. Only the waving of glow sticks. This touched me all to well. Shane Koyczan certainly hit the essence of what Canada is, while watching it I certainly hit a chord with me. A tremendous poet whom I have never heard of before hearted the souls of everyone as how he declared what Canada is and will be.  As I recall it there was a mention in that Canadian's say "Please and Thank you" amongst several other very inspiring words. This of all took me of most surprise. I didn’t think that Canada could really be defined so eloquently and precisely as he did. It certainly struck a chord with me. It was something that was so close to how I have always felt about Canada. I am both American and Canadian but I couldn’t help but feel a certain type of pride within all of this.

The rest of the entertainers were great from Nelly Furtado with Bryan Adams - that was a little different, I was surprised that Leonard Cohen didn’t do his own version of Halleluiah, yet KD Lang certain has a voice that still stand to this very day and Sarah McLachlan sang a heart rending version of her song, "Miracle". For this young lady by the name of Nikki Yanofsky she certainly not only warmed up the beginning of the ceremonies with here own rendition of, "Oh Canada". She is really an unknown to many. Yet she shall come to being one just as the others have.
Canadian or not you could help but feel it.

Canadians have always been amicable people, nice people as I heard on the NBC channel. I think that Vancouver certain by way of some tremendous production people that did their homework - literally captured the essence of Canada and the Olympics being played within Canada. As 61,000 thousand people filled BC Place Stadium and three billion viewers around the word watch these opening ceremonies. The mishap with the lighting of the cauldron at the end was just a small flaw as with the colours of the aboriginal people to the illustrations of all parts of Canada. It is a worthy play from which these games can certainly be held with pride for each and every country.

Why I enjoyed the ceremonies so much? It's because it illustrated the culture of Canada. The vast history, the future, the land, the people and the cultural diversity so vast and yet so intertwined.

And now the games have begun...

The Olympic Ceremonies have began...

Winter Escapades within the University - Video 2.avi

This was taken within a portion of the College of Law / Law Department within the University today. So often people don’t really wish to say things and within some of the pictures that I took this was the very last place I visited. I thought it was closed however I was allowed in and truly it was something very interesting.

The University now has an areas dedicated to students of aboriginal decent.

I was amazed with within a small area of the College of Law that there was something like this and as far as having things that are state of the art, well it was something else to say the least we certainly did not have all of this when I attended University. But it was something that was truly very interesting to say the least.

Winter Escapades within the University

As it's the weekend now and rather than just sit around before the University closed for the weekend I went and took again. Some pictures. The people one runs into is all to interesting. I truly enjoy this University and as well I thought that it would be something to just walk all over the campus.

I know I don't place that many people on, as it's something that really is a breach of a person unless you do know them. But that all said today was mild, and cloudy yet it was very enjoyable. Busy - very busy, but you don't see it within my pictures.

The last place I ended up was in a library that I used to go and study at. I never took Law as a major but I used to study within the law library and while I was leaving there was a special Law area that is dedicated for Aboriginal students. By the time I had arrived there it was already the wind down of the day but yet it's something to this very day that is all too enjoyable.

I am not on a role, I just love to take in my own walking right now and at the same time capture something that I find is of interest. What I find so tremendous is the variety of cultures that attend this University now. Not to brag but I used to be a sessional speaker within the commerce department.

That all said, I saw the very first english class I used to attend each morning at 8:30am. All to interesting how things have changed - yet it's a place I truly enjoy.

The Bittersweet Allure

Romance is a staple at the movies, right up there with the picturesque falsehood but at best it’s not all skipping through the roses to a medley of romantic hits. The essence is something that even the best of writers will admit that within the best of love stories sadness and impossibility are within the center stage. You can see the hints of this within romantic comedies. Two people are made for each other meet, they do wonderful things like shopping and running to the malls hand in hand, fireworks are explode within the sky and there are always those moments within the park. Don't get me wrong I do believe in romance but we are lured by way of those romantic movies we do see. Of course there is always an argument and one character realizes at the nearing the end there is that realization of one of two characters that they have made a mistake. Followed by an action in haste where most of the times there is that final run and embrace followed by the final never ending romantic kissing. Yeah its romance at it's best. Oh yeah I forgot the rain. Rain is a large factor for some reason. And as well there seems to always be the running within the airport.

A few of the great vintage romantic movies that I can think of are Casablanca. It's the ideal love story, Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman have an affair and they are still in love. But they have to give it up for a greater cause. And then there is that old saying at the very end, "Play it again Sam. Moonstruck, the story of a women played by Cher, that gives up a reasonable man when she falls in love within an unreasonable one played by Nicholas Cage. The moon hangs low over everyone’s passions. The Titanic, very big story with very big problems, the poor boy falls in love with a very rich girl on a historical ship that shall sink. Hang on to your seats on this one. The heroic boy played by Leonard DiCaprio wins her heart and one is mesmerized and so captivated to see if they will survive or not. Better still one is left captivated as to if they will survive the sinking of the RMC Titanic. The key is that it's picturesque. Admittedly another imperfect source within love stories moves and so forth. Yet it's good lure possibly. I know I love some of them and I have my own favs…

Just remember to that the one that you take may need a few tissues and a shoulder to lean on. As fiction does have a very strong allure as we approach Valentines Day.

Keeping Updated Within a Balance

I can't say that I have been keeping up with all the news but I certainly have been doing those things which include grocery shopping. I truly get a blast out of things within all that I am doing. I think that many never have seen me smile on here as I was going about getting all the food and all and I am not on a walker, or anything like that I am truly one that just enjoys things as well as will have this most probably serious side to me but very much to the contrary.

Back to what I was posting before it's rather nice here and I do eat well. Also I am very creative on here without that fabrication. Speaking of eating right, well I guess it comes down to what you are is what you eat.  And yeah with a little creativity I am in there somewhere withing the fruit. That sounds kind of strange come to think of it. But through the day I am busy and at night I truly get a kick out of the intelligence as well as the varied blogs. I just stepped outside and we have it very foggy here but it all comes from the river when the temperatures get mild. It's late again and I will come back and forth to this but it's all a great share.  So it's just a normal person here that is writing along with others. And I do find it very neat to say the least.

Appreciation is that gift of being able to serve humanity, and in source and in tune with a source that is worthy of and for.

Former President Clinton Undergoes Heart Procedure After Chest Pains...certainly do hope he is doing well.

It's Enjoyable

Last night was an enjoyable time just continuing with the Winter Olympics. I enjoy these evenings so much and as well it's something that I just find to be all to fine. Today I went grocery shopping and thereafter I had a few other things that needed to be taken care of, as I won't be having my training till next Tuesday as here we celebrate family day. I think it's coming towards a time where my father will have to be placed within a home of some nature. There is a noticeable change that is taking place unfortunately. Yet I expected that some time back. Family day, I am not too sure about you but I literally do find that this is very nice and within all things that are happening you just render what can be. I don't have my own family, I don't dwell on it. My own that is. Nevertheless, I do wish to do something this spring after this winter and all does get done. And I really am not a dreamer but I do think I shall. So often I find that we say we test ourselves and I know that I have but it's the positive things that I wish to embark on. And I hope that this aspiration shall happen. Hope - again an often used word but hope and determination does lead to a path. I truly believe that. Within the eve when I get on here do I have high expectations? Yes, I have enjoyable one that I truly love to share. Mind you I am coming to find that nearly everyone does these days as this past week there are some people that I have come to "run into" by way of the internet as well as old friends and the ones that are on here.
It's all fun I think. And here I go again but I don't think I am the only one. For some reason it's winter still but spring seems to be within the air.

The Sturdy Stone Building

This is a building that was put up within the mid sixties. It's called the Sturdy Stone Building and holds primarily government offices. It's very different within the manner that is was built architecturally as well there were four artists that created plaques of art on five of nine floors. As I was there to do some things. In speaking with the security guard he gave me an entire history of the place.

I didn’t get the captures within this time of the year but the art is really something that is all too interesting. For some reason the building was built in the shape of an Octagon and I did not get all the pictures but the circle on the outside of this building and within it has some symbolism. I am not sure what it is as I will have to read the brochure that I was given. Neat build and shall get it from another vantage in the spring.

It looks like a building made within the 70's yet it's a historical building here. However I loved the artwork.

Well A Day Off

Ok I have seen where there are many writes on health care. Most would have no clue unless they saw the system in action here within Canada, and I have seen it within America while I lived there and carried my health insurance by way of Cigna. I still have my card to this very day for memorabilia. Yet this is not the reason for this writing.   What we have within Canada is semi socialized medicine but I am really not into these unions that do exist - sorry folks within the medical here I have seen by way of family more people in positions where they get to a point and they don't honour that very area of what a medical practitioner takes as an oath, I will never forget going up to see my father while he was within the Intensive Care Unit and this was back some four years ago before I left to Edmonton, at that time I walked down the hall on the third floor to find two young nurses doing all the work while the other three that had over 20 years experience were sitting on there ass. Now I was up there for four hours that night and I did talk to this one nurse and she really did say how it is. I am not into this seniority based union. I always thought if you went private and placed a administrative team in place for a week to review the documented charts over the past month - I wonder how many would get the pink slip. Ironically a strike happened again while I was in Edmonton, and the leader of this province, imported nurses from the Philippines. Now I have to say they had it coming to them and they might again. As I have my therapy off today and so I have been up since 5am enjoying several things at the same time, I think I am bipolar as there is that morning side to me and then there is that more serious side in the evening. But then again we all are a little bipolar if you ask me.   So I do wish to come back to a few things but at the same time I really am not one for unions. Within what I have seen within the infrastructure of Unions within the medical system here, I find that every year they will strike for some reason. And meanwhile, the nurses that is and all the people other than doctors will hold this strike. The way I see it is that the non essential personnel should only be the ones that go on strike. This has gone on for so long and I wonder what Tommy Douglas would think all about it. Yet for me it's nice at this time to just enjoy a morning as such as there is a time to take that break as it's been busy to say the least or maybe I just am rebuilding my endurance. But I didn't choose breach my choices in doing what has been set up for me. As well, I don't think that the department of Physical Therapy had either...there is always a few that rumble things up and usually they are the heads of the unions - as there has to be something they ask for or they would not have no purpose.

Things that make ya go Hmm.

Back to the Olympics :)

Some say the final Torchbearer should be a past Olympian

He is, without a doubt, one of Canada's greatest heroes. Beginning in St. John's, while battling cancer, Terry Fox ran a marathon every day on one leg, raising money to fight against the disease. And though he was unable to complete his cross-country trek, Fox's legacy and his mission have spread throughout the world. Those are among the reasons Fox's mother, Betty Fox, may be chosen to light the Olympic cauldron in Vancouver during the opening ceremony for the Winter Games. The image of Betty Fox completing her son Terry's cross-country journey could be one of the most moving moments of the Games.
Some argue, too, that the individual chosen to light the cauldron should possess an international presence. Though her son's name resonates globally, Betty Fox is unknown outside of Canada.

And Then There is The Great One a favourite

On that note, consider first that Canada is a hockey nation. And if any hockey hero is called to mind, most think of The Great One. Wayne Gretzky's name and face are recognized worldwide, and unlike Terry or Betty Fox, he is an Olympian. However, the Olympic gold medal that was placed around No. 99's neck wasn't earned on the ice, but as Team Canada's executive director at the 2002 Salt Lake Games. Gretzky did don a jersey at the 1998 Games in Nagano, but his team floundered and came fourth.

If Canadians want a true Olympian for the final torchbearer, it has to be one that stands out internationally if you as me.

But there is another contender whose name doesn't offer Olympic history, but whose story, like that of Fox, carries the ideals and tenets of the Games. Paralyzed from the waist down, Rick Hansen has won 19 international wheelchair marathons, including six medals as a Paralympian. But what he's most known for is his Man in Motion tour, which began in 1985. Hansen wheeled through 34 countries on four continents, raising funds for spinal cord injury research. Rick Hansen … tells the world that Canada is a country that values determination and courage in all. And the wheelchair itself offers some visually powerful symbolism.

The opening ceremony is set for Friday, Feb. 12 at BC Place Stadium. However I do hope they have enough Snow!

A Small Antique Roadshow Video.avi

Found this to be very interesting as this was a collector that had money from all the world. It's all to interesting the things that you do come to learn. This man that rented space as a part of this small road show literally had old dollar bills from all over the world. Yet this was very interesting.

Photography Indoors

Finishing a morning session, I decided had already figures out this problem with this old camera of mine. I there after thought I would head over to this antique show that was going on within one shopping center. I deleted so many pictures and at the same time want did not want to just focus on this - I really wished to just browse around and to my amazement how many seniors visit this mall. Most all are retired and there are many that are from the service. Within the food court, they call it “Heaven Gate”. Regardless it was good as it’s out of the cold keeping the motion in action.

I didn’t expect this show and selling of Antiques but some of it was drab and then some of it was very interesting.

I'll Be Darn...

I am not sure if you ever had it where you have an incredible sinus like headache as well as you have just spent two time on the "thrown" doing "time". I think I may have caught a bit a a flu as this morning I have never felt this way in a long time. I got up this morning and was showered by 6am as I am not one for going out doors with a cold wet head let alone the hair that I do have. So I am sipping on my second coffee and see how this goes. I head of today again and it's a half day of physical therapy but I hope there is no stretching if you know what I mean as I have to get me some Imodium.

Otherwise it's going to be encounters of another kind!

Early to Rise and Early to Bed

As the saying goes I find that I am tuckered out so until "then" all the best and be well. Now this is really very different for me! But it's a good different..

Peace all Jack

The Most Unusual Experience

Now I am not sure about you but I ran into someone online that I have never seen in since I was 14. I really kid you not. My brother was engaged to her and how this is a world that everyone is online. I had a call two weeks ago from a number I could not recognize and it was literally someone that used to go out with my older brother. Yesterday I was not online much at all as there were many things that I had to tend too. Seems it's going that way but to my amazement in running into someone that was so close and then the responses and the correspondence. I am not sure how I felt, there was so much to tell her as there was so much time that had passed by. I got this "oh my god you look like Blaine", yet she doesn't know what Blaine looks like now and as well we had a brief chat and to be honest I enjoyed it but so much went down that I can't mention but I thought she was the greatest when I was a kid. Now she is older and so am I but yet how time can pass and yet we were talking like it was yesterday. She never remembered some others that were within some that I thought most definitely she would know. But I guess it was a link from which she recalled myself by way of my brother. Small world it is! Very small one. There was so much things to cover that I shall keep in touch with here as I am not sure that one wishes to go back in time...yet it leaves much to be said to say the least! I literally would have never guess this would have ever happened. But she is doing very fine and has worked for the same law firm since here and my brother broke up. Yet she is single and seems to be doing just fine.

It would literally take a day to catch up!

Just a Scribble

Well I have my ongoing physical therapy and today was the first day. I went actually fine. I have a few aches and pains - but I guess that all does come with there own territory. But finally it's all started. So it's that next stages and I find that this shall work out well. Much better than my old camera as it's gone on the fritz again. So this time it will be some time before I do take some pictures. However I am fine with it.
The weather finally has warmed up and right after this month is where the "deep freeze" will finally come to an end. We have not had it all that bad thus far a few days but all in all this is the time that if it happens it does. So all in all I have worked areas that I have not worked in some time - little did I know and this seems to be a very good process - at least for the first day. Lets see what tomorrow brings but here I guess "no pain no gain" is really applicable.

Vision and Become

Winter Stream

One of the huge balances in life lays within our daily existence, our routines and habits, and the dreams we all have within our self is of some extraordinarily satisfying way of living. Deeply hidden within all of us is this capacity for design to fulfill dreams which renders our own destiny.

The balance between dreams and daily routine can reveal itself in variety of manners. Yet when we pay attention within our own inner compass we relinquish that equilibrium within the process of our lives.  Thoughts are energy they’re the currency that one has to magnetize desires. I myself feel that I am learning each and everyday. Yet there are days that life is not perfect as it’s all within the art of life.

My own “coins” are within the thoughts I desire while at the same time understanding that the simple things are as well just as important. If I think it will it happen? Not necessarily but within the probability factor more than often I find that my thoughts are connected within my mind as well as my soul.  There is where the inner connection of planning works for me most often. I have come to a point within my life I believe that things go on for a while, they may have a time whereby there is something that does come up but meanwhile I am finding that I am within alignment of what I am. Nothing comes in an ideal manner but if it comes then it’s a satisfaction of the alignment within the aspirations of which are becoming.

"Dreams are not fancied daydreams, it’s an active foundation from which I become."

Made the Deal

I made the deal and bought a Ford. I didn't get, " It's a car that was drove by an old lady that only drove it to go to bingo". I really obtained a very nice deal on this Ford. It's not a brand new car but it's five years old. At this point in time all I wished for was to have wheels to just get from "A" to "B". I went for a good ride in it after test driving it and in talking to the owner of the dealership - whom I new many years ago. Funny how some people as the head of the sales people had been there for 41 years. However this John Mackinnon was the salesman that sold me the car I bought just a month ago. And well needless to say, I don't need a Jag, I don't need a hummer. All I need is something that does the job. So I am truly happy how today went within a stream if you will.

Within winter here one does need to have "wheels". While I was negotiating the price I took several pictures as man there are some great new cars but right now it comes down to needs and wants.

What I need now is just the basic. And well, I got that and maybe a little more than what I thought I would but finally this is done. In all the dealerships that are out there right now I would never buy anything but a Ford at this point in time.

So it's a grand day.

Conclusive Wednesday...

Finally the payment came through and I will probably go hunting for a car for the next few days. I will have to change the license plates over to the next one. And the camera is still being decided upon so I don't have a high expectation there. The old camera shall do for now. Speaking of acceptance. I do have a quote of my own along with several others that is founded within some of the writings that I have done over the years. Ironically someone took it the wrong way and thought I was an alcoholic. I am not sure about you but I gave up drinking almost all together some time ago not that it was a problem I was just at a point within my life that I made a choice with health. So I went the route of training as a vice. I literally don't drink - I will have the odd social drink when with a friend but I have seen all to many that have ended up sitting on a couch at a certain age with a pot belly watching television and how they came to grow so old by the time they were well into there early 30's. At that time I made a choice. Mind you to each their own. My choice at a certain time was to keep on with the foundation of training for good health. I guess that may be something to consider with all of recent but it's all a matter of mind and body. As well, within the soul. So tomorrow is another day to be honest with you it feels like a Friday here. Yet it's only Wednesday eve. I shall head out and go car looking - Again. And all things are working out as planned. I am not doing a cover my behind. I wrote in my previous blog what I wished to write. It certainly is not anti anything it was more thinking with regards to what can happen to enrich a government. That all said it's been another day. Rather busy while at the same time having that free time interlinking with these areas that I do need to get finished. We do live within a very global world now.
More so now I find.

The Home of the Proud and Free

I had the pleasure of speaking with a variety of people especially a few when it came down to what is happening within United States. I don't claim to know it all as after watching some replays of everything that is happening within America I have never seen it where things have gone so far by way of the GOP. As I am a dual citizen, I do find that there is a stalemate right now economically. From living within both lands I have talked with several people with regards to what is happening. I think there is a time whereby there does come a concern. Economically especially. Many within America seem to be disappointed with the entire government. We can say why but really when it comes down to it where do we render the answer. It's convenient not recognize that this can't continue. Please do take note that I am not anti American in any manner. If we could go back in time it would be great but where do we go from here?  It seems that there is a return of two political parties that will stalemate the entire economy of a great country.

If we have another 8 years of a continued situation whereby there is dissension within, there will be a shift. And it will not get better in my own opinion. Please don't get me wrong but right around that corner as China is pretty much the entire banking system from which the economy exists. There is that good old say of where there is a will there is a way. Is it the mindset within United States or is it the GOP?

My hopes are that there can be some unity that starts to take place yet I ponder if it shall. You would think that after the last eight years now is the time. Yet seemingly it's an area that is really not being recognized as much as it should and at the same time. I always have had a very positive attitude with regards to Unites States. It's my second home. Yet when I see all that is going on I truly see it from two vantages. Are we heading for a shift by way of two parties that will never work together or is there still that opportunity? I myself have been very concerned with this as like each one of us you have an account and if you keep drawing from it - better yet drawing from another semi super power to put it mildly you end up holding the wrong end of the stick. I guess I am an idealist with this but the reality from what I can see is right now a stalemate is taking place. Yet we ignore it. And when something is left all too long sooner than later it does catch up. I really at this point don't know what the solution is I never have claimed to know it all and I know this word called "change" has now become a word that most despise but if you ask me, there has to be some form of changes in which things start to progress again.

Yet will it happen? I certainly hope so...at the moment the debt owed to China is $800 billion dollars approximately.

An Old Write

A Word For the Day Jun 11, '09 11:25 PM
for everyone
The Sun is Within the Sky (26)

There are countless words that could summarize so much within each and every given day.

It am not sure if that is possible...

Regardless it's interesting to say the least.

~ Tending to Things ~

Some will put things off but I am one that I understand my own cadence within it all. I thought that it was high time that I had placed some write in some manner. For myself I wished to write about how we tend to things within times. After yesterday and all things went far better than what I expected after this accident I have went to the insurance adjuster here this morning, then I arrived home and I then went to look at some proper where to start my own "mile" as I am truly one that will do things within cadence. As yesterday after it all in conjunction to what will take place with the physio, I know that one cannot just really on a system. As the specialist said I have from now till March 15. So I really don't push it but I go to it. The weather certainly could be much better but within the mindset you do what you need to do. I just arrived home and I went shopping for the appropriate footwear and I tried a few on within two stores yet I think I will wait till I have the car within place and then the next step is to get a car as the amount of money I have spent on cabs is something I have never done within my life. It's costly! Tomorrow I shall have the finality of the payback with regards to a car as well as my camera will be completely replaced - mind you it will take a day or two till I look around and buy something that is suitable. So I am just doing it all within cadence and within four weeks I shall have everything back to where it was and there will be more of a balance in what I do as this is only enjoyment yet it can very well be contagious. Last night I did head off early, as I do know when to get off here. It's been a very nice things in which friends have understood as who would think that two accidents like this would happen so close to one another. I never had an accident or collision in my life. So you render the good and forget about the bad and you get on with things as I have today.  I must admit that it's very hard to write without the pictures that I have done but soon enough that shall all work out as well. There are a variety of areas I love to write about as well as read. That to me is what this is all about. You can't please everyone but at the same time the truth does come out within the writes. I do look forward again to the weekends where you head out in the day and take pictures of a variety of things. Coupled with the writes. But again slowly it's all going to come within balance. One can sit idle or one can get things done. Sometimes that is truly the way to go - but when the time is right and medically you have been told so - you forge ahead. I am rendering several things and by the end of this week a foundation again will be set down and one of balance. That is not thriving behind a computer yet enjoying it within the eve when one is finished with the day. Does everything have a reason? I don't think so I think we reason things out once we look back at the accomplishments that we have done in any challenge or area of life.
