My grade five teacher wrote those words in my autograph book and she is the only one in grade school that her name I remember. Dear old Mrs Bland. Beautiful shot you have captured there Jack. A good weekend to you.
Hello! That is too interesting as I wrote tonight on some areas of politics in a manner that is so often not the way to go, and before I ended here I wished to leave off with something that had some worth. I googled around found one that as mentioned to Denise and I think that some of those values of yester year do apply in todays times. The reason is they have merit. Thank you and all the best to you.
G'day Jack, I think you have been raiding the older generations "lessons to live your life by" we grew up being told that, it covered so many facets of our upbringing, nice to hear it again lol
I was wondering who wrote this, because I really like the saying. I googled it, and found out after searching through many sites, mostly blogs and death pages, that it was spoken from a Christian author named Elizabeth George.
Nancy, when I saw it I just knew it was fitting, I have never been taught this one. But I do have my own sayings. I like this quote as well and there will be another. At some point in time.
