  5. Unfortunately I do not get to see the Autumn season of beautiful colors. So it's nice to see it thru the eyes of another.

  6. Nice photos! I like the way you take them 'unsquared'. The first one is my favourite.

  7. I really like the color combination in this one, it has a fullness, not like it is dying, but celebrating.

  8. I like the symmetry of this one even though you tried to make it asymmetrical. You are farther along in your season with the leaves on the ground and the sparseness of those on the tree.

  9. Very peaceful with the little ripples and the stones and reflection of the trees. Well done.

  10. Mil, yes this is autumn here. It does not last as long in this part of canada - but it is nice. I thought I would head out to a place earlier in the day that is called St. Albert. It's not part of Edmonton, it's a really nice town of it's own and when I arrived there I looked for the park areas as this is one very place.

  12. Nancy there are so many that I have seen from others. There is one that was done by one blogging friend named Lis and I hope she does not mind. But these are mine, let me see if I can find here blog.
If she does mind I will take it off but this is Quebec City and her own pictures and when I looked at them I thought they were captivating. As are many people's pictures > http://ninakobie.multiply.com/photos/album/45/Quebec_City_

  13. We have a shorter autumn in comparision to the East Coast and other places. Here within three weeks at best the "last smiles of the summer" will be complete and over. If not earlier. But this year was my first here and in these parts it's much different to the autumn/fall - that you will see in areas that are closer to the equator. Chicago and right below this province in Montana will have a slightly longer autumn, but now and then it can surprise you.

  14. Now these are not what everyone does know as Canadian Geese, I am not sure if they will stay or if they will fly down south but in taking this picture I wish I would have had some bread with me as I almost talked them into coming over :) and yes the ripples as they were close and then started to move away while I placed up my tripod.
