I've had this one on my home page for a long time "To laugh often and love much; to win the respect of intelligent persons and the affection of children; to earn the approbation of honest citizens and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to give of one's self; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived - this is to have succeeded. Ralph Waldo Emerson"
I like the Seneca. I read a book that they have gnome like creature and you can give them good quality tobacco for an offering. But, you should also put hair clippings and toe nail clippings to scare away any wild animals. The human smell scares the animals so that the gnomes won't get eaten. Something like that anyway.
I couldn't pull out a favorite quote. When in highschool, I kept a journal type book of quotes that I liked, and cartoons from newspapers or magazines. I've got that book hidden away somewhere.
Ive got my own with reference to my dislike of eating hot food: "I take no pleasure in scolding my tongue." Honestly, I don't understand how some people enjoy eating extremely hot food.
Pends on what you mean by well behaved. As we still have a long ways to go but a women shall never be a man nor a man a women. Yet what comes to mind is the several women leaders and they got where they did because they were decisive.
... with that am closing my notes for the night, but let me give you first some expectorant please so we couldboth promote expectoration to a tee!!! lol. :) ok ... goodnight Jack. blessings and hugs.
