Progress Is Within my Step…

I knew it was time, the weather has had it’s ups and downs but finally we reached a temperature whereby on can do things.  So I set out to do what I intended on doing after placing much thought into it.  I have done this before and it’s time to do it again and the summer time is the best time of the year from which to do it.

It’s a mind and body thing while enjoying things.  Rather than drive all over the place I am looking regardless anything for this week to do my mind and body thing.  My legs are one thing in particular as many would not know I have arthritis.  I don’t know how it all happened most say it was due to too much running as each morning I would run for and hour and a half and then I would go train in the evening.

But that was then and this is now and with some cadence I think that it takes one to go a little slower with doing things.

As well, within the “mindscape” of things, there was a question or mention to seek help.  I have done that and I look forward to my talk therapy each and every week as it’s set out.  I have no problems with that at all as with many things but I think that the most ultimate thing is that one can engage with people so much and then at the same time one can get lost – we all have been there.

Today may have felt after like it was too much but it’s progress in motion within mind and body.

  2. Danni, no on a scale of 1 to 10 I was told that it's merely a 3. A 13 year old can have a tad of arthritis so during the change of weather and winter - it's not all that fun.

Secondly wish to mention your array of photos yesterday were too neat you seem to be in the same weather zone as here from how I saw the grass yet a little warmer.

  8. It is a time to rejoice. I especially love the big blue skies and fluffy clouds on a sunny day. We had rain today and I dozed to the sound of drops on the roof. It was so peaceful, even if the rain did make a mess of my newly cleaned windows.... c'est la vie

  13. Thank you one pace at a time and it's a self cognitive of sorts - and things are going well. Nothing is achieved over night but one come to realize that there are areas in which one can proceed. I think it comes to choice.

I am not in pain...however I find that there is a time in which one does sometimes need assistance. Friends and sometimes even a coach. And I too Fatos love this time of year.
