That is back in Edmonton, it was my first time meeting with the one of four instructors George was a older gent that was a university prof while he for some 10 years had practiced. No, that is actually taken just before a throw is being made...
Everyone has there own thing that they do sport or other wise. I am not full of myself, I just decided yesterday I would place this out Parrie. With all that said a Happy Memorial Day to you!
Well I learned something today and they say you should learn something new everyday. I never knew there was such a thing as Aikido. I like that the purpose is not to destroy.
I am not on here to brag but as there was so much that took place the week before, from what was the first day of spring I just enjoyed things and yeah I figured that I would place a this on as I went to practice with a Kendo club, and yeah it's me but everyone has some sort of hobby or area in which they can be fond of.
Hey was just catching the news........yeah that is an entirely different thing and all areas of training are a mind and body thing. There was a time in my mid twenties where I had let myself get caught up in just work, and all I did was climb the ladder. Then when cancer came along I literally started back into things but more so into a wiser training.
