The Airport...

While my father was getting this conjure of things, I went out to the airport. I have not posted them all but as I left there was an Iranian woman at the ticket booth. We struck up a conversation on what Canada was about and she was asked me what I thought of Iran...I told her and she was surprised that I did know of there society aside of their government...she was gorgeous to say the least. But at the same time I found it very symbolic to find this Ukrainian orthodox nun to be leaving with the same group that I met just a few months ago at the emergency room....

I will get up to the tower and as well on the tarmac as this is what is called the John G. Diefenbaker Airport and as our economy has literally exploded. It too is going through a variety of renovations and additions. It’s only a city of 230 thousand but the trading area makes it nearly a million.

  7. Yeah it was just for a moment as I could see them running to and fro while they were just leaving for the Ukrain. I thought I was ironic that in seeing them on the same day that I took my father in for his chemo....but it was nice.

  8. I am not too sure on that one but it certainly was a coincidence to say the least. Please do note that I do have faith.

  9. What can I say here ... the security officer is on ... again! Hmmm ... ;)))

A very nice clean airport. Have soft spot to nuns. There's dreamed of mine to be one of them when I was younger.

  10. I just went there as I wanted to get back and see how things were and it was done while one of my family members was doing what I expected would be three hours. It's an airport that is not an international one but it's been growing so fast as the city grew so fast and now it's up with the few larger cities within Canada now. Such as Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver....
