I am not sure about you but it's been a very fast year. And the host of so many things that have taken place within the world. From Afghanistan, Health care, Global Warming, H1N1 and the list goes on.
But really when we look at it really has anything changed within the last ten years? I am not too sure if we are making advances or regressing as it's a comfortable manner. But then again that is just my own views.
Sooner that we know it Christmas will be here and what I like most of all is that the weather is still perfect as here right across Canada we really didn't have the summer that we usually do - but we are having great weather now. My hopes are that it stays around for a little longer. And it might just happen, as you can never really forecast what is going to happen. Within this month especially the last week we have had weather that is tremendous. I am not a big fan of winter. Some are but I really don't care for it all that much all the clothing that one has to put on. Aside of all the shovelling but when it does come one gets climatized to it all.
Time is a something that I feel is precious. As each and every day I find that from 5 or 6am to the eve you look at the clock and I literally can't believe what time it is - as it seems to just fly by so fast.
I think I have mentioned this many of times but there is nothing like waking up earlier in the morning and reading the paper - not online and having that hearing the coffee brewing while the sun starts to just appear.
With that all said on this Sunday evening I wish you a great week ahead. And Amendment as I have had so much at hand this is the 9th and here I thought it was the 12th but yet it's still time is passing by quickly.
And I am wishing you a great week~days ahead as it is already Monday here :)))
ReplyDeleteThe same to you Tess and everyone....Goodnight and a great week to you.
ReplyDeleteGood night Jack :)))
ReplyDeletewishing you a wonderful week as well!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful week, too.

ReplyDeleteYour welcome and in two hours I am off to the hospital for some tests I have to have done.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the tests ~ hopefully the results will prove to be in your favor! Have a great week, Jack ~ *hugs*
ReplyDeleteThanks Tess, I have one hour to go and thanks - one soldier here died today and is being brought back here - that is sad news he just got out of high school.
ReplyDeleteThe great think with regards to this city is that everything is within a ease of distance....today is my left knee and my ribs. Someone placed me together with spare parts! :)
All the best Tess - you have a tunnel on your blog there is twin station that is within northern Ontario....
May you have a good week, not suffer from the testing and the results be helpful.
ReplyDeleteWe may not realize how fast our entire life flies by. We each have just the time to make ourselves into the best person possible.
Winter--I guess you mean the full shebang with a foot of snow, etc. That is nice for a week or two. Sometimes we get it, sometimes we don't even see a flake.
Time is precious indeed!
ReplyDeleteI sometimes wish that we had more than one life, there are so many interesting things to discover.
Hi DJ, I just arrived home and I have had my first set of tests done by way of x-rays. Here we never get that much snow last year we certainly did but here again today it's tremendous - everyone is delighted that the weather is as such.
ReplyDeleteWhere you live there I think would be much warmer where you might get down to -3c. Here at this time it usually is - 15c but it's going up to +12. And believe it or not the grass is still green.
Amalie, oh there is so much right now I wish to do I arrived home and had six calls one of which was my retraining which has now been moved to December 7th due to the medical circumstances.
ReplyDeleteWhat I enjoy most of all is in meeting the variety of people as while I had to go back in and see my doctor as she missed something again and while I was waiting for the additional information. I ran into someone I met last year whom plays on the basketball team here, as well as a teacher from India that has been here for 25 years and then a farmer and his wife.
Although I am doing all of these things right now, I truly enjoy the discussions that come up with people. I guess discovery is the variety of people that you do meet and it's all to interesting in striking up a conversation.
For a Monday the first things have been accomplished so one down and a few more things to tend with...
ReplyDeleteYou as well Terri...
ReplyDeleteTina so far so good. Regardless of the outcome they will all be fixed. Thereafter I am going to take the ambulance company to task with this as two doctors now have told me that I should have been transported to the University Hospital after this crash.
ReplyDeleteFor now I have a few things to do and as I am not one to sit idle.
And I thank you I certainly think highly of you as I could be wrong but I
think we have something in common. And it has to do with integrity.
Hugs back - sincerely.
