Well to summarize today it was getting things done. I just arrived home and ran into two old friends, one's name is Terri and she is engaged to John. I know here from my two years in high school and she is the head of one hospitals Scanning department. We talked the chit chat and caught up with things and I was explaining what happened last week. Seemingly everyone is telling me to take the Ambulance company to court. I am not much for doing these types of things but everyone does get ticked off when things are not done correctly. So part of today was in calling and moving my retraining program which now starts in the first week in December. I have to admit I am a little ticked off that I am taking the long route with all of this but then I just cast it aside.
This week I do wish to write more with regards to the wars as I find it so interesting to say the least and as well it keeps one preoccupied during times as such. As well, it's always been an interest of mine. I have accomplished things today and I will be very glad when this is over as Terri indicated to me that the Ambulance company should have had me taken in and here I am taking the long route in getting things done.
There has to be some good within all of this...
look at all those you have run into and reconnected with since this has happened! hang in there! hugs!
ReplyDeleteThat couple with for some reason my blog is acting up...
ReplyDeleteYou can see this - I find that after I was talking to this one friend the day had started to get to me, it must have been hearing about sueing this Ambulance Company and as well the week I have ahead of me and this is just the beginning of all of this.
Gosh that was a slow post back! It's Multiply...
ReplyDeleteYou are correct..look to the bright side Jack..
ReplyDeleteMilli it's working now and thanks Jimi indicated that he had not seen my page after I rebooted and cleaned of all my index files...
ReplyDeleteI am, it's a good thing to just write and get your mind off all of this as tonight I find that it's started to get to me - all this medical crap - excuse my french...
Ahh good to hear and tomorrow brings a new day for you..it brings soaring temps here LOL we were not ready for it!
ReplyDeleteYeah I know I have wrote much and well you find that area that you love to embark on and well I love it Milli. So far so good. Here is grand outside - but well I think you know what I mean with all of this.
ReplyDeleteI don't think that if you refused to take the ambulance ride, that you should sue them. If you refused, then really that was your own fault to do so. Anytime there is an accident, no matter how minor you might feel that it be, you should by all means and purposes take the ambulance ride and not refuse it. I am sorry but, people have to take responsibility now and again and you can't expect that the ambulance is going to take you by force if you have refused their services. Sorry, just my two cents here.
ReplyDeleteI listen to a few as and I they are all within the medical area and then I come to my own conclusion. There are laws and according to my doctor I refused while I was in shock....
ReplyDeleteI never make quick decisions with this but after this is over - then I shall.
ReplyDeleteWell I do wish for the best for you, don't get me wrong. It's just that so many people now days are suing everyone for everything and I don't think it's right to do so. If there is a law that states that they are supposed to take you even if you refuse, then yes I would say that you have a right.
ReplyDeleteMake an appointment to see an attorney and talk with them about the ambulance incident, find out what the attorney says, then make a decision about what to do. And I hope the results come back in your favor!
ReplyDeleteAfter all this is over with I shall review it over and then take it from there - as it's something I don't nor ever jump to conclusion but while all this is going on it got to me this evening to be completely honest.
ReplyDeleteAs this could have went much much faster... But this shall pass.
Did you not brush them off and sign off on their responsibility to you?
ReplyDeleteMy Multiply seems to be OK but they have upgraded Outlook Express and didn't give me a tutorial. I had a hard time figuring out how to shrink a picture for e-mailing.
I agree with suzycute.
ReplyDeleteI did but from morning then to the eve - I saw the third (all in the medical field right here in the city) that any accident that is beyond a certain type - they don't even hand the paper over too they take the people in the accident in (in is the emerg). I never brushed them off I did all their tests but that too as I recall seems like it took 5 minutes and I know it was much longer within the ambulance.
ReplyDeleteI am not living on it Karyn this morning. It's a new day, but I feel that having to take a narcotic for a week to just get buy and doing all of this each day - well, I could have been in emerg - and had it all done right within 8 hours - all the tests that I am doing now and I had a assessment retraining that I called in and they moved it to December 8th and I feel that the onus was on the team of parametics. As the firefighters were more than quick in getting me out of the car while it was starting to smoke up....So....
One does not have to agree with anyone. I think I am just going to leave it be and see what comes. I have never sued anyone in my life...nor a company.
ReplyDeleteThere's really not much I can say that hasn't been said or thought about . It all comes down to you have to go over these things in your mind and conscience and go with what gives you peace because you are the one living with the outcome. Situations vary. Here in America if a person is badly injured like for instance there was a girl hurt at KY Kingdom (amusement park) when something went wrong on the ride ..I rather not go into details there,,,But the insurance companies will have the person..or persons involved sue to make sure they get the money..Prostheses are expensive when one loses a limb as the surgery and hospital care..That's an extreme example though! But sometimes a person has to sue if they are the innocent injured type thing

ReplyDeleteHey Jimi...good to see ya...and yeah it's all going well today I remembered that I was meeting up with a friend that I was planning to meet back last week and I did but then I had my reservations with the timing of it all. As I don't think the group KISS and Remembrance Day are a good mix...
ReplyDeleteGlad your home and enjoying it....
By the way a belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY Jimi!
