Medical Matters - Day One




Today was my first of the next few days in having things done. It amazes me that not all that long ago I was running in the morning and thereafter cross training in the evening. I had my first set of x-rays on my right knee, left foot, right rib, and my spine. Now I await the call from my doctor to tell me the next place to go after she has reviewed this all today. While having the x-rays done I ran into a friend that is from Nigeria that now lives here. He plays basketball on the university team and we both had a talk while we were waiting as he had sprain his knee.

So one day leads into the next but one has to be proactive in getting things done. The will now lead into CT Scans, as x-rays will never show the complete picture - as I was told from the technician.

So it seems thus far...

    Frank this is one the outskirts of the city here it's near our family cottage that is 40 minutes outside of town.

    Gosh! Why is that ... hospitals looks exactly aliked. Our Capitol Med here, looks the same even the chairs and the layout of the departments :)))

    You know Jack ... of all the pics I've seen of you, this is the one that endears you to me. Very humane ... rural. I love the view, the long narrow road, the yellow and green, the endless sky ... just so lovely

    Yep I can handle it and take no medication for pain and all of this was in the morning today. So tomorrow after one call I know where to go next Arielle...
