I have been to my doctor today's date and I have a either broken rib which is not impacting the lungs as well as she went over things there are some other complications that have came about - I will be going for ex rays first and at the same time I have a legal matter at hand as the owner of the other car is taking actions for which I can not speak about at this time.
So I am not in the hospital and that is all I can say. I just received in the mail today something by way of a claim that is by way of the auto insurance and well I literally have my hands full.
I would post more but I am not sure of the privacy acts and how they apply here in Canada. But the best thing is to stay silent with this entire matter till it's resolved.
I thank everyone for there comments and support. Everything has happened so fast and tomorrow I will be finding out more with regards to all this and then on Monday and Tuesday I have much to do and will be getting a representative within all of this.
I wish I could say more and anyone that does know anything by way of legalities - I am very cautious in what I write. After this is taken care of I will be able to write further but I am not within emergency and I wish I would have went by way of the ambulance and that literally is all I can say right now.
I hope you can appreciate this. How I wish I could but I have been placed on medications as well by way of my doctor. And one thing at a time. Being very authentic...but I can not write everything about this situation as I am not sure of the privacy laws with all that is online as sometimes it can be used against you within court. I do some legal matters as I found within the mail after the day was done.

ReplyDeleteThanks Frank....literally one this I can not write on it I wish I could but after it's all over with as here I do have a claim legally. So I have to stay reserve with it ...and they shall it's going to take a little time as but it's the last think I thought would be happening. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteThis is going to be over some time as I just looked over the court process but our isp's are recorded, I think that anything we do write now is something that can be held against us within a court of law.

So I am of today's date put on one weeks supply of pain killers while I attend to medical matters.

ReplyDeleteI hope it all works out whatever is going on..thanks for sharing what you could ..Broken rib is painful. My Mother broke some ribs about 10 years ago and said it was awful pain so I do pray you get through it with swift healing

Always does it's painfull but they don't do the old wraps anymore rather they wish for it to heal without ......this is just my own write on this situation that came about when things were going very well.

ReplyDeleteNo I have been placed Geo on Tylenol 3 for one week so this will "mask" the pain and enable me to get somethings done now. When I wrote this I thought that all that you write on the internet is something that can be held in a case of court but no...that is not the case here. Besides, I really could care a less.
