From the North

A few pictures I have taken over the past week, I thought I would share as there is four more weeks left to winter as they say and the hoar frost that comes at this time of year is something that is nice on the eyes...

  9. You know what? :) It's the first time this winter we had hoar frost. It really does something with the trees. Well, so far I hope we get spring a little fast! lol.
    Thanks Norma.

  11. Lyn! hello and good morning! It's a very neat enclosed area it was much too cold to walk in and secondly I hate not being prepared with the right boots but in the summer time I will show you the same picture as it's all enclosed and with the hoar frost < have to make sure I write this "h" word correctly - gotcha - it's totally circular from within and almost all enclosed. On that day there was no wind at all. I am not sure the name of the trees I know there are some birch willows in there as well as two other types.
