To the Right and to the Left – Labels Don’t Work Any Longer (Part Two)

I wish to make mention  that the inception of the European Union began after World War 2 primarily by way of the United States…Perhaps the only solution is for countries to walk away from the Euro altogether. And go back to their old currencies which they could have devalued during tough economic times…Back in the United States, meanwhile where virtually every economist says catastrophe will ensue if the country doesn’t reduce its deficit and debt, politicians can’t.  Let’s get beyond the name calling and let’s look at things from the LEFT as well as the RIGHT.

To the Right and to the Left

On the left the solution is higher taxes and more economic “stimulus”. Despite a $ 14 trillion debt loads.  Here we see on the right are various proposals to reduce government spending which really as the way I see it is probably the hardest when right around the corner there is an election. Yet if there was one amendment I would honestly wish could be placed in as an amendment to waiver away and not distract the talks which are going on now - with no doubt it would be to make one addendum.  The addendum would service as more of an extension and nothing more. I don't believe that there are many areas within the Constitution which do have that ability but if so I would tend to think that both sides would be willing now to pass a bill which would allow an extension of term. Keep in mind that after this year and with a plan if signed - shall still be very trying times regardless of whom is a majority as well as who is the President. Then there would not be as much of a regard to an election more so there would be focus on only the economy.

Between Republicans and Demarcates one can see two poles, where neither wants the others shadow to be casted upon them. Yet within these too parties they don't realize they are trying to partake inside rather than outside to render a cohesive economic plan & agreement. With that said I reference and I do believe that to some point the upcoming election has played a large portion with regards to this. This is why I mentioned the idea of a one year amendment. I know we are within a new culture but governments have never come to mimic society. And as far as that goes I am sure that you have heard as well as seen all the accusations which have been made by people, politicians, statesman and women and even the President himself.

Jim Johnson – a democratic strategist whom was concerned some five years ago was having a discussion about the housing industry and whether it could be sustained within unrealistic house lending practices. Upon meeting within a session when he brought up to the table his concerns Jim found himself in a fire of a debate. After this unexpected heated discussion Jim Johnson wrote this within his own daily chronicles.

People who didn’t agree were mean or immoral. Meanwhile, the big banks recognized a money maker when they saw it – and the rest is history. He surmised at the time that no one was willing to have and intelligent conversation.

Conclusion

Canada isn’t immune of the left and rights over the past ten decades.  Economists talk about the underfunded liability of the present day pension plans. If you can open your mind to newscasters, economists, underfunded liabilities as well as pension plans.

Then you may be able to open your imagination with the HUMAN SCOPE of the problems which shall be there for the next 30 to 40 years.

  1. When a nations government let his people borrowed money even if ther'e no capacity to pay in return that would be a big fall on, it's a catastrophe, look what happened to the housing program. Over dependency of the people on their goverment even to the smallest could bring havouc, health care is one them. A simple thoughts bt if you going to analyzed that is one big factor that added to the problem. And if a house dwellers becomes dependent on what we called 'plastic money' buying all those goods with yet a promised money, surely, soon the economy will go down the drain. The basic is the family unit. And the war. Am sure billions of dollars are being infuse in to it. It's not that am against helping other nations ... i know it's a patriotic thing to do. But the big expenses would surely hurts the aching pocket in the end.

... am not an economist but just a simple woman who knows how to handle my expenses. Am not a newscaster but surely i could spot a good one from the rest who tried to out do another and sounds a saleslady trying to outdo the other.
In short am a listener with a good ear and an eye to see from a distance what is happening. I love America. And it's a pain seeing her slowly deteriorates. Blessings and tight hugs.

  2. The second half was as good as the first. Thank goodness I can leave that "next 30 to 40 years" in the hands of the next generation as my time quickly approaches its maximum. Unfortunately, while mankind does learn a bit from generation to generation, while some 'problems' are solved, we don't seem to learn enough from mistakes to keep from making the same ones over and over again. We may miss one generation, but the following finds those previous errors, easily. Good writing.

  3. Sadly, you're about to get a huge lesson in journalistic integrity - I'm sorry to say that Fox News (America's own answer to Josef Goebbels' Propaganda Ministry) is about to open up operations in Canada.

Apparently, they believe they can do there what they did here - suck so much oxygen out of the political discourse that we now have an extremist Right, and a center Right (where Obama has his butt firmly-planted).

  4. I dont - I don't wish for this to be America versus Canada. I love both lands but Canada is more opt to listen where as America seemingly in the media is more opt to allow anything and everything with this area called Free Speech. Free Speech within America is not the same as when I attended my schooling or even every six month courses within SU. SU stand for Syracuse University which is in Syracuse. New York.

  5. Grammy I think I have 30 more and I love the commodity of choice as well since all this was brought up I almost moved to Missippi, but for good reasons personally I never did go. Yet that is not to say in no manner I am anti american. More than often the eastern canadians do and have always got on my nerves. But that is a generalization.

  6. I enjoy your contributions but I would opt to say that there are three themes of which you enjoy.
This one is not one of them. It's too...................................Americanadian.

  7. Fox was never America's answer. It was Murdocks' angle to obtain a money base as within no manner could he compete with Ted Turner.
I am not sorry you said and I respect you but who was the first country to lead in Afganastan and then now bring each and everyone out?
What country has just realized that 90 billion dollars are un accounted for and more than likely in the hands of radicals which are against
America? What country put 90% of all the fires of the first Gulf War....look up north as Canada has always been what in the armed forces
as being a silent friend and neighbor.
I don't know of Josef Goebbels Ministry yet much like New York there are many ministries and faiths here. Yet with good will I can say
that if there is one area in which journalism stands very highly. Yet Obama ironically has been regarded very highly to with the average
Canadian - it's ironic but it so very true. And when I get gas and talk to the average citizen about the happenings of the world. Most all,
nearly everyone has a want that things work out in America but the older people with more experience. The just raise their eyebrows.
It's not to say that Canada vs America. If the average american sat down with the average canadian both would learn that they have
much more in common than you or I.

  8. Toio much positioning between the parrties and not enough compromise. here Jack. Tough economic times and a poltical system weighted toward safe seats for one party or the other has made a hash of a legislative system that cannot or wil not compromise with the President. We are asunder because no one wants to give up a chance to get or stay in the White House or Congress. That and Republicans are afraid they will be beaten in their conservative districts by candidtes funded by corporate lobbyists.

  9. Far too much Doug, I bot hit with the flu bug and finally it's subsiding. From what I see Doug there has been way too long in attending matters by way of many of these people by both sides. The manner that I see it is that everyone seemingly - not everyone but the majority have taken so much time as they all do wish to retain their place in Congress - yet take a look at a few and they have actually but that to the side. I know it's been tough times Doug and look at how things are as this is the 3rd time. You would think that most all that do hold a position would place aside the office in which they hold for the betterment of the citizens. I have yet to look at where things stand right now but Doug personally I believe there is a need for some large changes within the system. As when those which are in power are more self inclined than doing what is plausible within these times. I myself feel there is room for change. But how would that happen - it beats me.
