It's been a hot day to say the least as simple as that it is and the tempertures have graduated all so quickly but I would much rather take this than the cold of the winter and my hopes are that August ever- long.

  1. That's preferable rather than the worst cold of winter. We also have a thing of summer in August. Yet August is one of the best months to be in Tagaytay. The summer-spring-foggy feelings i love best. A good morning from here.

  4. I pretty much stayed inside today. After getting sunburned I figured I should stay away from the beautiful weather. I hope you got out to enjoy the weather

  9. It wasn't so hot as the heat and humidity were bad. like a sauna. it rained for a bit(no forecast) then the humidity backed off to 68% instead of 98%. I hope your day was enjoyable. have a nice evening

  11. It was an enjoyable day but one which come the late afternoon it was humid and hot here for that matter Tee it still is and the fans and air conditioner are on...and I must have gulped down three slurpees to be entirely honest.
I wish you one as well Tee.

  13. I am going to try to convince my husband to go to the beach with me tomorrow. Our neighbor went in five times while he was at the beach today.
It is going to be a scorcher tomorrow too.

I'll take you with us in spirit, Jack.

  18. I know what you mean about the heat. It is exhausting. I used to water plants in office buildings. It was horrible because in weather like this you had to go in and out of air conditioning. When working the air conditioning barely worked and going back out in to the heat was unbearable.
I am glad I don't do that job anymore.
Now that we are older I think the heat effects us worse.
That is why the elderly are at such a high risk of over heating. And children too.

  19. I take my hat off to folks in the Middle Wests of both nations.

They take in hard on their chins every Summer and Winter with these extreme temps and still mostly maintain a good outlook.
