~ Success While in the Process ~

Firmly believing that each day is something that can make a difference.

You have to impose that mindset as many athletes do with reaching a goal. I knew that once I had things in place I would then get back to the gym and merge with others as well as rekindle what I did before. I called in to the gym and I started my training again. As well as embarking on new things when the time was right. When is the time right usually when least expected and you make those small pushes, especially if you have other concerns that are within your sphere/dynamic of life.  Where am I going? I am going forward in a manner with cadence and once again I have taken on a challenge.  I am not pushing it, I am just approaching things in an enabling way.

"A river runs and never stops, it's a fluid entity that always continues..."

  2. Baby steps! That has to come before you're off and running full tilt!

  3. It's a variation I think on the old Chinese phrase--"the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." Of course we are all a bit further along than that but I think its when we stop analysing those little steps and just set oout that we begin to make our way back to a positive path.
