There is this place that has been around here for some 30 years and as it was Good Friday after leaving the hospital today I decided that I would go get some take out for Mom as she is Catholic and it's a traditional thing.
Cod was good, I would have preferred Salmon but fish and chips - were good and it's a very neat place. They only do pick up and do have room for people to sit but it's jammed on a day like today.
Looks like a cool place, we have a similar place here with picnic tables inside for seating and a good size menu, mainly fish.
ReplyDeleteLynn it's a great place the owner did not recognize me but there was a time that I almost moved him into a mall, however his father started that Fish and Chip place there and there was no way he would change. His hair was entirely white. The place is one of those that are passed on from one son to another. The old fashioned way.
