I know the teacher, as he is an older man from Japan that had given me a token back before I have left to move to another city. However they have changed when they have their classes and I will have to find out when they are practicing. While leaving within the morning many older people were doing their walks. I have to tell you kudos to them. There is one that had a stroke and she walks with a little wobble but she probably does a good one hour. It’s still a little cool here in the morning but I find that the weekends are something that seemingly are the best part of the day.
Seemingly everyone is busy these days, but I still find the most interesting manner in meeting people and creating bonds with some are in having this hobby. Meanwhile I am have almost uncovered this entire city within my blog with the exception of a few places.
I came home and went back out and there was one of six golf courses that now have people starting their hobby. I only played the game five times and I never really took to it but I while living here in the summers I was given access to run earlier in the morning on the greens. I picked that up as I recall a friend back in New York that was rated as number 5 as a marathon runner.
I am not sure if I will be running like I used too, as I used to run one hour in late spring and then I would cross train in the later on at days end.
What I found is that it was like a meditation while you got into that zone of training and you would just free up
everything and just focus on the surroundings.

Getting your life back can do that for you.
ReplyDeleteMy life is right here right now...what of importance is in doing something I desire and as well enjoying it and creating a foundation. The snow is gone! :)
ReplyDeleteCadence ------ if you know what I mean....

That is much what I experience most of the time now whether I am doing something physical or whether I'm doing something sedentary. It's what I call letting the Holy Spirit flow through me.
Yes, I understand cadence. I love when my life is in that rhythm.
ReplyDeleteCal yeah it's something different to each person it's what ever gives that "time out" really is of worth as we do live in a busy world these days.
ReplyDeleteLyn in many ways when we reach (not preaching here at all) a certain age - we do find that there is something that one needs to find that time out. Once comes out of an office tired - a time out time, one comes out of some other situation - as well a time out.
ReplyDeleteFor me, getting my heart rate going and then after a train and steam and then rendering the day is kind of my zone.
Ironically music is so often the key element...but I find that one can create there own element of a zone/rhythm in there own way as it's rooted within the subconscious.
I often have an hour or so in the middle of the night at about 2-3 when I now meditate and go into a "zone" instead of fretting. I keep finding others who do this too. So I don't feel so weird anymore about my "God Hour" in the middle of the night.
ReplyDeleteEveryone has there own way. I find that at the evening is my own zone during a part of the day as well as much like you within the evening, I just flow and slowly visualize what I find of worth and then it's a tranquil time as I slowly just have that time. The same applies at the beginning of the day and I find time is something that we can balance out for my self in my own manner. That did not come overnight...
ReplyDeletekrunn, I have those middle of the night times too, thankfully not often with the two hours of being awake. Jack, I think age does give us a better perspective of what we need to do for ourselves to keep us in balance.
ReplyDeleteLynn it does...
