Serene Thursday

The gym training as well as an afternoon of serene time. Although this laptop is giving me problems. I thought I would share pictures that were of today.

There is this Cliff whom is tremendous with enabling me to train at the only gym which is within a Lutheran School. We had a good chat and he has given me some pointers as I think he is taken by what I am doing here and how I am productive with my goals.

Then there are a few pictures which I took but within the afternoon as well as a video as I had a terrible headache within the morning but after the endorphins kicked in as well as Tylenol extra strength. I have placed in a full day. As I called here and there is only one dentist and they could not get me in till the 14th.

I shall be going back to Saskatoon and have already lined up a dentist as yesterday I was getting such a pain though out my face – TMJ. This has been a time where there are many things which can be on my mind or the worries of things which I passed off. But I am fixing them now – yet I find it rather strange when a dentist can’t squeeze you.

The Tylenol extra strength worked and the rest of the day was fine thereafter. I had went to see this Minister which was right across within a church which is tied into this school that I rain at and I talked with the minister and that was a enjoyable time and then I said a prayer and I jogged back home.

Later at 1pm I showered changed and went out just to enjoy the weather and take that stop time to appreciate it.

When I sat near this skywalk here, it was nice as I did an afternoon walk too and fro on the sky walk but I took a 30 minute break to just listen, watch, and enjoy the pleasant things. I was able to have that time where one can be creative and while coming home here.
I could here a plane and then I saw it and that is rare.

Thus it was a serene Thursday

  13. I truly don't know what they are all about DJ, I would gather that it has something to
do with the 100th anniversary of this Sky-trail they have here which was initially a traintrack which each part was moved from Quebec (by train). It was actually deemed at that time to be the city of bridges here but Saskatoon back then beat them.

Sometime not too long ago there a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the bridge and I believe that the tiles where all set in place in honor of the anniversary.

  14. After I finish at noon I have lunch and then just go and take a half hour moment to reflect on
several things as well as just take in the good weather. Like a mediation of sorts.

  15. It's my Nike bag and I have had it for some four years now and
it fits well when heading out on an excursion or what I have been
doing every morning. There are somethings which we enjoy to keep.
I guess that is why they call it a keepsake.
