A Fine Sunday It Was

For the first time I could park on the side and get a few pictures of this new one new bridge is now coming into shape. While they are working on it – there is no manner that you can get up to see how this thing is taking shape. One this long weekend – they did take a day off, as it’s the first that I have seen. There after I headed back over to my folks as again they have troubles with this new digital television of which they subscribe. For the life of me could not figure it out, as everything on their screen was purple and orange. So I called the technicians here and they say they work 24/7 so hopefully this does apply as it was going well for them and it all works out.

I went to church I don’t go that often yet by the time I arrived there the mass was over with. So you can’t win them all but I did talk with a few there and then headed off for the university. Yet I met this most interesting priest whom allowed me to take a few pictures as well of him and his parrot. Or I think it was a parrot. Then the person that was waiting outside the doors of the church. I thought he was in some philosophical moment – but no he was panhandling and I did tell him to take a hike. There are many places that one can get money and this one was looking for money for no good reasons. So he did take off.

I headed to the university. As there is always something interesting. Or someone, which is interesting. I found myself caught up in a conversation with the head of the computer department and had a interview which was going to take place yet in the meanwhile we spoke on how computers have came and then came this gal or a reporter I should say. If there is one word of which I would say with regards to her manners – no I’m not gonna do it but you can’t please all – this professors wife pulled me aside and said, “isn’t she an arrogant little b_____h.” She was but that’s her problem.
Upon leaving I just had to chuckle to myself.  There after I had went to what is called the CBC and well for a Sunday it was very pleasant. I find that those of which one meets more often than not has rendered an impression. Mind you this young reporter well she was a little much – mind you when she finished off this interview. She strutted her stuff and one just had to laugh – not just myself but a few others which were around as she might have looked good – but the manner in which she carried here self was – well lets not go there.

I didn’t mention the lady who couldn’t start her automatic starter which I gave a hand nor some tremendous students which I had just arrived from Bangladesh to finish off their master degree, nor the entirely all but it was a very decent day, coupled with an evening run.
