Thank you - Regarding my Folks Anniversary

Last night was very fine as family and a few friends took my folks out for supper. Most all know by now that I am a blogger. I don't know how that got out. But even when you explain the manner that you do it under a nickname it just does not cut it. So one good family friend asked me these pictures were for personal use. I said yes. Thereafter came a request from my father's best friend. He was right as this is not to be something out there form my blog and Mel and his wife where right.

I do think that is their own privacy on yesterday's occassion was to be without a camera. Yet I did take a few in which I will make a CD for them that can be seen by them on Sunday as well as those all within the family which wish to have a copy.

Everyone all enjoyed a meal within a greek restaurant called, "Manos". Beforehand, I went and bought a group of flowers, couple with my own card in which I do write something. As well, I made an arrangement with a carpenter for something to be done for them before Sunday. This shall be something as long as there are no snags in it.  As well I knew that was not something that was for the both of them. So I rendered this carpenter here to makes something that is very symbolic.

When the evening was all over which was fairly early, I dropped them off and knew they had enough as they were rather tired from it all. I think my father could have gone on talking for hours. But I could see in my mothers eyes that she was tired. Mind you she had that light and vibrancy to her she was tuckering out come 8pm.

In making a call from my mother today indicating all the friends that had called as well as some that had from other places in the world. Boy oh boy, I remember telling both of them back some six years that they have to get on the internet in some means - yet they never have while many of there friends have. Yesterday was one very good day with regard to this Anniversary of there's and with all faith taken into account I hope they do have a few more years of good quality of life.

I think between the two of them they do have it. They are older now but it's much like that movie. Well, for that matter to be honest and humble. It is a movie of life and companionship, as it has moved in years and then some.

So everlasting marriage - seems to me they have lived their lives and loved life. So all is good.
