From the new Farmers Market. I just let my camera take me to place where seemingly fit the day. The Farmers Market here is something that is recently new - or new to me as I have never seen it before as it must have been built recently.
The city within the morning certainly was alive and vibrant. How things have changed while there are still some things that have stayed the same.
..looks promising,,!
ReplyDeletenice peaceful view, was it early ?
ReplyDeletelooks like a statue,,,giving ..*protection...
ReplyDeleteGot in a while ago and this was the first time I have been to this rather new Farmers Market and
ReplyDeleteit was something. Yet it was the first time in being there. So the peace sign - why not on a Saturday !
Yeah I was out there around 10am....
ReplyDeleteWithin this camera something is wrong with it's optical and sound but for now it's fine.
ReplyDeleteI thought this was fitting for this weekend.
very fitting
ReplyDeleteThank you Pam as this camera is not working as it it usually does but so be it.
ReplyDeletelovely backbround. Happy Easter,Jack,hugs
ReplyDeleteBack to you Parrie this is one day embetween Good Friday and Easter Sunday. That there was a painting of the city. Yet it was the first time I have ever been to this recent building called the famers market. I certainly do bid you the very same.
ReplyDeleteI like this. The colors and the swirls especially.
ReplyDeleteYou did well to capture movement in this shot!
ReplyDelete*smile*
ReplyDeleteKitchenware shop?
ReplyDeleteOh, I see...your market is indoors. Ours here are always out of doors.
ReplyDeleteThis was within an area within this building that is a restaurant. I saw it so I had to see how and if this camera would render it.
ReplyDeleteoooo I'd love to take a walk there above the water:)
ReplyDeleteI love it and if there is one thing I do love here is the river that really disguises this city.
ReplyDeleteI am about to post my noontime walk by the lake. I adore water of all kinds. The water calls out to me.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Melody....
ReplyDeleteOhhh looks like you had a great time while out today
ReplyDeletegood to see you out taking more photos and sharing a little part of your world. Enjoy Easter Sunday my friend
hugs xx

ReplyDeleteVery cool shot
ReplyDeletea lovely painting.
ReplyDeletelove the distributions of colours.
ReplyDeleteLooking far ... beyond.
ReplyDeleteLooks like somewhere I'd be headed to!
ReplyDeleteI'd be able to spend a lot of time there!
ReplyDeleteThose canned foods look interesting. Does anyone make apple butter there?
ReplyDeleteBright colors!
ReplyDeleteWatch out! We used to have real bison about 5 miles west but they have all been moved somewhere else. I think I might have a photo of them somewhere in my photo page.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure they do Nancy, there were Jams and all and this takes place each and every weekend. It just started up a while ago.
ReplyDeleteIf he was real I would not be standing where I was :)
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty neat Sharon as I spans from the very North end to the South end of the city. It's all apart of this Meewasin project
ReplyDeletewhich was done along with the city planners.
If there is one thing that really defines this place Nancy it's really this river it's the longest (not largest) river in Canada.
ReplyDeleteThanks there Karen. Well I hope this camera does better than my tooth as there is something wrong
ReplyDeletewith it but it was nice to at least get a few from this morning. A Happy Easter back at ya Karen.
Yep I thought I would get this one today as I have within the past - Happy Easter Maritess.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter Jack.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter Maritess...
ReplyDeleteI am wondering what this structure is? The photo is very sharp & clear.
ReplyDeleteI have not been to an indoor market, but I can imagine many advantages to one!
ReplyDeleteThis was photographed at an interesting angle.
ReplyDeleteThe glassware is lovely against the light from the window.
ReplyDeleteFunny, I was expecting to see a lot of vegetables. :-)
ReplyDeleteLOL...nope I had breakfast and then just arrived home. :)
ReplyDeleteI couldn't tell you what this is as it's something historical I think with regards to the river here but I really can't say.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos Jack
ReplyDeleteThanks Michelle the camera is not working perfectly but so be it.
