I am just heading out but within all if you had to think of one thing that came to mind during this weekend what would it be - within a song, thought, quote, or philosophy. I know I take chances as many are doing things on this very day but what is anything that has meaning upon this very day. Sometimes here are those whom do share and it’s all within the array of anyone. One is more than nothing and within a thought what might be yours on this very instant? This is your own choice and as you know anything is allowed as long as it's within a "YOU" manner. Peace, Jack

  2. I'm thinking I need to get off this computer, get the laundry folded, take a shower and get supper ready and be off to church later tonight. It's 4:30 already and I have a lot to do.

  3. There are times I look in the mirror and wonder who it is looking back at me. I feel like I did at 18 but there are little lines on the skin of my face that says differently.

  4. Being with family is top in my mind, looking forward to them coming over. So much to do, have to clean house and do some baking.

  6. It's a day that some celebrate, some observe and as the saying goes - to each their own.

  7. To realize just how truly blessed my life has been this past year and to make sure that I give back to others as much as I've received.

  10. In terms of the holiday I am grateful for the ways celebrations bring families together. I do not celebrant in a religious way any longer as my views have morphed...but I am glad to have once known the sacredness of the Easter season.

My greatest thought is that Children are to be cherished and given the chance to be charmed by the magic of Easter!

  11. We went on a walk to High Park. I led us off the beaten track which led us to feed some chickadee's some of my twin sister's sunflower seeds. We were feeding them right from the palms of our hands.I connected on this Earth day to the earth, (also my father's birthday) and Good Friday by taking a walk in the woods which was just perfect way to spend our time.
After our friends invited us to a Vegetarian Chinese restaurant. What was great was that one of our friend is a vegetarian and doesn't eat eggs either. This restaurant is completely vegetarian. We got to order a really cool dish called the Buddha Special. It had black fungas (if you like mushrooms then this is just one step up from that) and something called black moss. It was the first time I had tried black moss and yes it was stringy but had an interesting flavour. There were also black mushrooms that also were interesting.
We really had a fabulous time.
We saw a lot of birds, farm animals and got out into the fresh air so all in all it was a very successful day.
I hope that your day was a good.
    :)

  12. I think about how grateful I need to be for Jesus' sacrifice, and how sick I am of the pagan customs that overwhelm the Christian celebration.

  13. I was out and then I new this was not the time to do all that much as today was one that there was some mild pain but by tomorrow it all should be healed. So all in all it was just a lazy day.

  14. I myself find that the holiday sometimes can be much more than that of what they represent but I see it just within
a simple manner - yet it's one that is worthy of the gesture made within here with all things considered.
