Happy Easter and then Some

A Rainbow of Abundance 033

This is that time where those that are of a faith celebrate this weekend. I myself have a faith and I never mention it much I think it's something that is too each their own. I was raised Catholic, but I have other friends which are of all denominations. I believe that we all do really have the same areas in which we find of importance. Perhaps faith is a platform of life itself. Yet at the same time I don't believe that any person should be judged by what the choose to believe in. However for those that are of a Christian faith this is the time in which I do believe there is a worth within faith. I don't think that a person has to attend mass or a church to have faith. Faith is within each person. Even an atheist for that matter has faith. Many shall be travelling to various parts. All within a celebration. Even here there are several things that still do shut down early on Good Friday as well as many places are only open for half the day on Sunday. What we observe is within our own choice. I find that as time goes on some come to render what is cohesive to them as well as within the manner that they were brought up. It's rather interesting in how all countries have a faith. I don't know of one country that was never founded upon a faith basis. Thus to those whom I know that are across the pond and to those that read this tomorrow I bid you a tremendous Easter weekend. As well, I bid those whom observe Good Friday.

Hence within a manner or a way - and regardless of your faith. I bid all those a fine weekend and to those that observe Easter I bid you a serene and enjoyable time.

Peace and all the best to you,

Jack

* Shall catch up tomorrow

  4. Happy Easter Jack. I was raised Christian, though have gained more spiritual curiosity as the years go by. I wouldn't say I'm religious though people who know I go to church every chance I get think I am. I guess I could be called a emotional spiritual person. Last night at the Maundy Thursday service the song "Were You There When They Crucified My Lord" brought tears to my eyes as will what we sing at the Good Friday service, I'm sure.

  9. Ditto here but I see faith as something that is of the onus to each and everyone.
    As mention Pam, I don't thing there is one person that does not have some form of faith.
    Christ may come again. I ponder if he did what would he say? Just a thought.

  10. I have been a spiritual person since well that does not matter but I have never pushed it. I didn't make Good Friday's service.
    As I went and got my folks and took them to the mall and then came back. I think this is the time that all lands and all
    people regardless of religion or color do proceed. I shall take a look. I used to be up at 5am but right now I have been
    only on within the eve.
    Thanks Nancy.

  12. Grammy I litereally do belief with faith no for one second is it otherwise. This was the day of the resurrection. If I remember correctly Thursday was the "stations of the cross". Yet we render our faith and we don't devide by religion anymore. Luther was the first to divide and there are Christians, and other faiths as well hence I had my repercussions with this as I do respect all of those whom have there own choice. I have known and an array of people from a variety of religions and seemingly all do observe this day on of which is history but there is much to say regarding. It's the sum of those whom have there own faith.

    Within what I believe is within my own and I have never nor anyone that I can think of has pushed faith onto others.

    A Happy Easter to you!
