This song goes back sometimes - there is something about some of the old time singers. This is a song that I have loved for years and there still today there is an array of music that never can be replaced and it survives the test of time.
I could list the current artists that still do or have done a remake of his song. Ironically it was written by Isham Jones with lyrics by Gus Kahn, and was first published in 1924. I think many still do listen to some of these artists and replicate them Cath.
