Merely A Moment

Aside of a historical building being renovated into commerical space, this morning was green.
These are times in which to hold precious as they will be 4 or 6 months more. I thought I would share to all those that are on as friends.
As this is the vantage of where I reside.

The weather has fair to be very nice....

  4. This is one of three five old buildings they are restoring while I was downtown I thought I would ponder on into this one Cheryl and with this they are making it into condominiums.

  5. Thank you Terri, I ran into a chap from Turkey as I was leaving - and as he put it, it's the best place to be with the economy and all and I can say that this is home. I think there are very interesting places having lived within several but this is a neat kinda town.
BUT NOT IN THE WINTER! :)

  6. Yes what I like most of all is the high ceilings Arielle. Do you have a link per chance?

Right next to this building there is another building that is being turned into condos but here in this town it's a rather hard sell ironically as these buildings merge between the east side and the west side. The east is the safer. So it shall be interesting to she what come about from them when they are finished. But high ceilings - you have to love it.

  10. he was an amazing architect back in his day designing out of the box; there are many homes on the south side (where i very rarely venture, LOL) designed by him but many copy cats elsewhere!

  11. The way I see it is that now by way of technology there are homes and developments that are taking place around the world that would never have been done if it were not for the internet. I think that is rather nice...as long as they pay for the cad copies of the designers.

  12. interesting facade, the large glass panels to the right look like a newer addition, to a much older building. I like the recessed arches for the center windows, and the deep color of the bricks.
    nice angle!
