It's been a hot day. I am not sure about you but I will head off and then come back weekends are those time to get caught up with things. I went to see one very good friend I didn’t realize that it was only just 9:30am. Well you just don’t drop in on people without any advance but I did we have that kind of a friendship I have known her for years and after that I went for a swim.
Then of course I had to get to the grocery store, as I love diet Pepsi. Thereafter I headed to this Don's photography shop and by the time noon comes I have done so much. But that has always been my way. I love waking up early in the morning and by the time it gets to this time I have covered allot of areas.
It became very hot to say the least and well it's just been a very good day. It's ironic as usually I love the hot weather but how it's been cool and then hot it's really different for myself this time of the year. But I can't complain.
How we all get all these things done and then find our own time to just chill out and take it easy. In the evening I get to this computer and I think of what I wish to write about or reflect about and it's a creative endeavour to say the least.
But for some reason I find it very interesting. No interesting is not the word, there is something about it. Again all fans are on and I guess I am bantering on here but it's interesting to say the least.
Every day there is always something one can write about. And it always seems to come within time. Today I have covered allot of ground including those of the university.
There have been some that have been asking with regards to when this situation I have is happening and it's the first week of October but I don't think about it. What I do enjoy is just writing as well as sharing different ideas, as that’s what we all are on here for.
Cadence by way of computing. There is a topic, but it's all interesting and I just enjoy this so as everyone has there own things that they do but in the evening how many are literally on a blog. I guess I am old school as I love to balance it all out and we all have something to write about and connect with.
What is this in the manner that we all connect in this fashion? I am not sure. All that I know is that many are doing it. The only thing that I literally do despise if I may say is that there just is not enough time within the day. So I sit back and just enjoy the time. Yet I would love to head downtown especially at this time where it starts to get dark, but knees have had there worth of work. Often I say to myself, think outside of the box and do it and I have done this before and paid the price so I am best to just enjoy the eve around home.
But these are the times and we balance all things out and it's all with regards to balance. Balance isn’t something that one can force it's just a state of mind.
Glad you had a full day, and were able to get it started early! WIshing you a good Sunday, too!
ReplyDeleteTerri and the same to you!
ReplyDeleteHope the rest of your weekend goes as well! Best Wishes!
ReplyDeleteThank you Arrielle, today it was hot and tomorrow it's cooling down so it will be a enjoyable wet Sunday :)
ReplyDeleteI am glad you had a full day
ReplyDeleteand that you enjoy it
sending love
Thanks Katya and wishing you a great one and hope that your mother is doing well with her recovery.
ReplyDeleteNo, balance cannot be forced. It is delicate, achieved by minor adjustments, but focused on the goal. Thinking of a yoga pose here, as an example, but probably is the same all around in life.
ReplyDeleteWithin something that is called Aikido a japanese term called "ki" reflects balance. Much like yoga in the sense that you sit in what is called Seiza and you just by way of breath and allowing your mind and body to find that harmony of centeredness.
ReplyDeleteYes this write was more or a reflective after a day and yet focused oui. You are very observant in a great way how often I look to see if you have wrote anything as you have some tremendous writings and I am always looking for something. We as human beings always thrive on development.
Full days are the best. I'm an early riser as well. I went hiking today, and was tired when I got back. Now I have my second wind :) Enjoy your Sunday.
ReplyDeleteThank you Nancie in more ways than one...
ReplyDeleteI have looked out as I wanted to get the sunrise early within the morning but it's a wet day here. So I am just going to enjoy some reading and so forth.
We shall see what all comes about today this is usually the time I have my first wind much like your own. I wish you the best and as well I enjoy what
can come about today. Going with a easy going flow for a Sunday.
As you said Jack, make it full day and don't think too much..yeah, I should do that.
ReplyDeleteOnly you can. Without going into anything one thing that I have learned is that one has choices in life. There is the logical and emotional side to each of us.
ReplyDeleteSometimes we may have something in which troubles us - what ever it may be. But the best thing is in allowing that time to think on what is producing the emotional state and give it allowance and for a period of time as we are human and emotional beings.
And then to keep occupied. For me I could be worried as heck with regards to what I have coming up and there are times that I do worry. So I will give it that time and then place it visually in a bookshelf, I can bring the book out when ever I wish but there are other books from which to read. I guess my point is that all you can do is within you. It's not what you should, it more of what you cam my dear friend.
Within that is where there are so many books that people read in seeking something. But really it all is fairly basic on the logical side and not so easy on the emotional side - choose when to bring out the "book", and when to close it and occupy yourself with the variety of other things - as you can.
Big hugs to you there Silvia.
I like this image.
ReplyDeleteMerci DJ, this was on last Saturday - I mean when I wrote it. As far as the quote, it's true within visualization. Its unbelievable in what the brain can do.
ReplyDeleteAnd maybe it's not just within the brain it's much more, but rather than make it complex, I think keeping it simple is best.
