Three days of Sneezing

Well I am really out of words to say much. I don't feel all that great and during the day I was great and then it hits. I have had sinus problems before and today they hit again. Note this is not a complaint. It's just something that has been coming and going for the past three days now.

I am as fine as can be and then thereafter I have a major sinus pain. However I will get over it, if not I will head into the clinic as a last resort but it's ironic that now with the weather the way it is that this is all taking place.

Three showers in one day...

However this shall pass...

    Don't know how you feel about using alternative medicines.. but we use Ultra Colloidial Silver Nasal Spray and have not had any sinus issues in years. It can be picked up at most Nutrition stores, or Health Food stores. You don't have to use it but a couple of times and it will do the trick! Check it out and see what you think.. it might help!! :)

    Denise I have a nasal spray and I use it sparingly. I think I may have just got too much sun yesterday as with the change came the sinus.
    So I shower and I do the whole wammy when it happens as four or five years ago I had an emergency sinus surgery - so I know when it's coming and do the best with it.
    It shall pass...

    Now that's the kind of advice I can use, as well.
    I so hate to load up on prescription chemicals.

    I am not anti anything but as a last resort I will take a sinus tab or a prescribes sinus spray.
    But in a small amount of time this shall pass.

    I am but literally I spent 2 hours on this machine as my messenger which I rarely use was completely gone so, all is fixed.
    The sinus are fine and thank to all.
