It's Late

Oh I could write a poem with what has happened today. I think of several things as people come into this world and they leave. And perhaps I shall for another day. Yet the sun does rise and each and everyone of us can realize how precious life is. Especially when you see two people that have passed on and could have lived much longer.

Fate...or destiny I am not sure all that I know is on this earth two special people that influenced some of our lives at some point have passed on. May there families be at comfort.

Peace all and Good night,

Jack

  2. My son made the statement that for him, Michael Jackson's passing was much like John Lennon's was for me. My 40 year old son cried for Michael Jackson....he had every one of his albums as a kid.

  3. Yes two people just floated away on a white fluffy cloud , strange is life but, Jackson was stained and persicuted with his behavior and now the bubble has burst and he is an icon , sick in a way because some thought he was a pervert and others did not , his life was a rollercoaster and he was on it now he is gone .The other star was a beautiful lady and a great actress, both gone and selling papers in a way , life is very strange. God rest their souls .

  5. It's been a crazy couple months here in May my 19 year old son lost a friend who died (drowning accident) just a couple weeks before his High School graduation and 18th birthday, I just left the picture my son had put on the desktop as wall paper on the computer till the twins were born 2 days ago...I've been wanting to change the picture but he needed his time to grieve or whatever comfort it brought to him..New life was the perfect time to change the desk top theme so now I have the babies on it
Life is precious. Enjoy each day and bless those you love and enjoy the gifts and talents of those near and those we've never met in person.
Hope today is a good one for you

  6. I really don't know what I am going to do with regards to his passing. I looked for a few Utubes but then to do all that it's redundant. But we shall see. I can honestly say that in hearing the news on him especially I really was effected and not due to being a loyal fan but I can remember buying my first album of his and as a kid watching the jackson 5 even television show. And he could dance and...well lets just say this as a kid I would place on several songs every day after grade school and when Off the Wall came out.....gosh I learned to dance only due to that very song. Not kidding.

  7. I would say Fran this is more like Elvis not John Lennon. I had tears last night as I watched a little news before heading to bed. Too young he was.
And Farrah but we kinda knew this was coming.
Grabbing my coffee :)....and horse pills.
