  2. Yes, get some sleep soon Jack. I've been at least partway where you are right now I think. These are times when one wishes for an extra sibling or two to help carry some of the load.

  3. Jack,

Not wanting to lecture here, but if you don't take time out for yourself to rejuvenate, eventually you won't have much self left. And you can't give what you don't have. Press the "OFF" button, take some time-off, and just rest your mind, body, and spirit!

We'll see you soon, friend! Take good care of yourself! Relax!!!! :)

  5. Families, they can be trying at times and tiring. My thoughts are with you. I've been getting too much rest and it doesn't help either.

  7. Had a nap and well it's literally what it is but there is something to tending to oneself, as when there are those that are with illness. It's not as easy as it can be. But there too I enjoy this and shall be fine and fine leads into good but sometimes those around you shall be something and what I do know is that there is several situations and I am not the one to tend to them all.

  8. Doug, well there isn't and my I have never seen this. It can be a load. Secondly, my sister if you recall has a illness and is catered to and for some reason she is either off here medications or it's just a case of one that was very spoilt and it's lead to her again having problems which for some reason are delusional which goes with the illness so you have a few things happening at the same time. My older brother would not touch this nor ever has as he knows the situation and understand that the best thing to do is keep his distance with it all. My father has been a drain and then he will go at you and I did respond. I know of this thing called honor thy father but this is something else. This has been a load and I think I shall just leave it at that. At times I wonder about my gene pool, as there are many friends that have offered to him as they know this is taxing. But you find that resource and I think that it's time I should as this is an every ending cycle. However a plan is everything. Not down just pulled in so many directions and it's a repeating cycle. I have a few of my own things to tend to and for some reason I don't think there is that understanding there. But I do keep my chin up and shall.

  9. Hope you have enough time in between tending to your family to find a place of refreshment physical rest and emotional as well as it can be draining. Tomorrow I begin my job so until I have been working awhile I am not quite sure of my schedule yet . I know I won't be on Multiply as much as I am now.

  10. I do push the off button believe you me but when you have a mother making requests after requests....I do turn off my telephone. Relaxation is within having your own identity. If not a person become to depersonalize, I have seen it at times I have seen it in the past happen with myself. So this afternoon is just a time for relaxation. I don't like to say it but - here we go again. Well, not here go again but I am sure by tomorrow I shall be fine. Relaxed but there have been so many friends of there that have offered to assist them and it's time for them to make some very hard choices perhaps. I do take the time off and this eve shall get a good rest. I never take this as a lecture Maryann.

  12. Mind you I never practiced psychology. Yet it's helped me immensely in being able to render that best and a good determined here. I have five calls on my telephone and tomorrow shall get to them as I know that things have been left to go on much much too long.

  14. No the best think I have always found GG is exercise. Regardless one burns off the steam if you will. That and maybe some other areas. I am not all down and out but exhausted and I hope to have all for myself in place. Really meaning these knees and all is in place and I do hope so that this all gets going now. As I do tend to place myself aside or what would be a compromise of oneself.

  15. That is the key right there Cheryl...you can relate you have a sister if I am not mistaken that has gone through the very same thing up within Michigan.
I realize that now just about to take on a good endeavour and I do wish you the very best within it. I knew that Tuesday you would be making those adjustments and once again kudos to you!

  20. Tee I have found that it's paramount to taking care of oneself...as I shall and thanks. They key is a online and offline friends. And thank you. And you have always been a great example of this. So it's again time to turn the page. There is not one person that has not gone through something but at the same time what is life is knowing when to take the right measures for oneself. As otherwise one shall fall.
