It truly is something to get on here and to read and write. This is not a promotion but for the first time in a long time I posted within a blog group which is called Picture Perfect. It's amazing when you see the array of pictures and I know that there are some which are not within this group. To see some of the pictures often I have a reflex that I just wish to write more than just "this is a great shot" as there is a merit in what the members are placing within the group and it's something to see so many different places as well as the view the through the mind's eye of what each and everyone places in as a picture. Yet as they say there is a certain thing when you look and see the varied photos from different folk in different places.
I often see more similarities than differences aside of ones that have a need to prove something. I so enjoy this - the expressions, the variety, and all. Certainly there is always time for some wit. You can't help but throw something in that has something other than serious. Yes for some today is Friday the 13th and then for some others on this side of the pond it's tomorrow. However history has always amazed me. As far as superstitions, no not really.
Then those writes that literally stand out without a fabrication but within a truly authentic manner. It's truly enjoyable. If there was one thing I wish and you may remember if you had Y360, you know back some years ago. There was this area that one could place testimonials. I know whom I would and I am sure you would know whom you would as well.
Provocative it all is. As well, a very small world it is. From my perspective there is more of a harmony taking place, one that there is abundance. One that people don't have to push there thoughts or debate things rather enjoy them and perhaps come out with an outcome. As I write I can hear the pouring rain and within the evening I feel rich. Rich in what I have read and certainly more than I have wrote, mind you I do enjoy writing as I am doing right now.
Reading from different places and viewing pictures from such an array of countries there really is something to that. I know how easy this can become addictive, yet right now it's fine by me until I have my knees all settled and worries, I have no worries. Concerns, certainly there are a few, but it all works out. The perspectives and thoughts of all friends within this space which we call a blog, my it's something. Where the truths are I think come within here as literally I have found that there are more that I have learned to some extent by literally reading the writes of others. It's truly interesting to say the least, I know I have said this before yet I find it to be something truly amazing. And right now I am sure that within nearly every other house around here there are people writing and emailing. Yes we are digitalized but there is something more within this. Perhaps we are becoming closer regardless of where we come from.
It still amazes me to this day....
Lovely Blog
ReplyDeleteI too was with Y360 and agree wholeheartedly that the testimonials were a super idea. On making a decision to leave Multiply then unceremoniously changing my mind, (woman's prerogative ) also making the most of Multiply and having a look further afield, into the lives and loves of others, rather than just to stick with my contacts list. I mean how are we meant to make this place flourish and grow if we do not widen the field in which we roam.
I must remind myself to join Picture Perfect too.
Strange as it may sound but I HAVE to blog, its in me, I don't write beautifully or even coherently sometimes but I do write from my heart. Now that may be very personal things, other times it will be of my day, then even on things that make me smile and or infuriate but write I must!!!
Enjoying your writings my friend, keep it up.
Learning from what others have written is a very important aspect in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteI do hope you enjoy this group, there was a time when I posted there regularly but sadly..............no more, time constraints etc, but go for it and enjoy, I loved being part of that group.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is a way of bringing people together from different places across the world and though there are some differences there is so much the same , the differences help us to grow when there is respect and willingness to listen to others views.
ReplyDeleteThe testimonials were great, and there is a way to do it and as well it's something that I often think is something that is worth it as people kinda get the drift as far as what you are in a sense. Karen I have not participated with Picture Perfect for a long time, and I thought that I would as I really am not into the competition but I love contributing and as well seeing others.
ReplyDeleteI think that we all are within a society within this world in which we do like to reflect. While I was flying back here from Montreal, I met a brother and sister that were from Washington. We struck up a conversation, I think we were talking about Canada and the US and then she we got onto this term computer on the go. She did blog while he had his own farm and he was just around my own age and he said that he is more that happy not to get on a computer and he was a very smart person. Meanwhile, his sister loved to be connected with family and friends so I think that there are more that do, but it's a balancing act. For me, I have a slight problem with my knees which is either going to lead into either a surgery or another procedure so, it's still early and I thought I would get on here for half an hour and well it's been a little more than that!
I think it's all in what we do and a self choice.
Big time DJ. Truly there is something to that aspect...
ReplyDeleteNow and then I will partake Loretta but time is of the essence and how we manage it. So I can certainly relate.
ReplyDeleteCouldn't agree more Cheryl.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy reading your blogs Jack. It helps me get to know you a bit more. Hugs to you, Cath
ReplyDeleteThe greatest thing about the internet is that it allows us to interact with some really fascinating people from all over the world that we otherwise would never have had the opportunity to know! :)
ReplyDeleteAs well Cath, at some point here I have to set one day aside and reformat two computers but time is a really a factor. What one does all in one day while at the same time enjoying this. I guess there is something to be said for all of that. So here it is Friday and I have been downtown and back and then cleaned this place up and I think it's I just write but I am rather tired right now and so I am whom I am of course I don't write that much...:).
ReplyDeleteBut I certainly love the reads as well. Is a good Friday but have a few more things to do. Don't we all...
Very much so Maryanne, but it's all within balance as I just arrived in and thought I would open this up and see where things are at as I do have some good friend that are overseas as well. One could live on this, but I do believe it's within a balance as well yet it's Friday late afternoon here. I think it's time to just sit back and relax for a while. Imagine 20 years ago....we didn't have this as it is. Yet we still went about our lives. Just a thought.
ReplyDeleteits so good ..that you are enjoying and appreciating all the different Blogs ..!.
