This can be very contagious yet it's very nice to read others writes something and sit back and just read. There is certainly a pleasure within the read of others thoughts I for myself it’s not lurking it’s merely reading the variety – within repect.

  2. Certainly, some writes brought a smiles on our face, specially if it is something we want to hear or read, and yes - within a respectful tone.

  4. Not a thing with that, I like the settings on Multiply. If I post according to what I feel comfortable sharing, some things are for friends only and some for friends of friends as well. I've been opening up a few more posts that way lately and it's been a good experience

  5. I just like having people look at my blogs sometimes--at least if they don't write anything I know I haven't really offended them too badly ;-)

  10. Good morning to you, Jack! I always so enjoy stopping by to read your very insightful writings. You're sincere, straightforward, and you speak from your heart. I always look forward to seeing what Jack has to say! :)

As for me, I do love to write on a myriad of subjects.. It appears, however, that I seem to have developed a bit of a writer's block here on Multiply! lol! I tend to hold back, and restrict my writings/subject matter based on the specific interests of those within my circle. This is why I think that it is a good thing to expand one's circle, within reason of course. :)

There is a difference between stopping by to read others writes versus "lurking", and, by now, I think that we all know the proper "netiquette" to discern between the two. The most wonderful thing about the internet is that it brings some wonderful, interesting people together whom we would otherwise never meet. How awesome is that!!

Have a glorious weekend, friend! :)

  11. It's a pleasure Anne as I am rather an early bird and your most welcome as you have great intentions with what you are doing there. As this is about fun. When and if you do it again please do let me know. I have come not to live on here but to enjoy it for what it is. Many have great post and I am responding back to you the day after as I am not on here that late.

Your most welcome all the same...

  13. You said it all "net etiquette", and a great after noon from over here Maryann. It's a hot day and very atypical that it's so humid so you get back home and the one thing you I know I do is that I turn on the airconditioner before I leave. I don't think we lurk we find interesting in whom and what we read. A great one to you as well there Maryanne.

  14. Hey, Jack! Picture perfect day here today! Low 80's, beautiful sunshine, and no humidity! I know what you mean about the humidity, it makes it feel so much hotter! Predictions are that we will be getting some more of that tomorrow. uuuugggh!

Have a cool, relaxing evening, Jack! :)

  15. Thanks Maryann, it's nice here as well and around the same temperature but with humidity. But not as much as within NY.
    You as well....
