~You Just Make things Work Regardless ~

I have not had a car for the last week. Unfortunately, the car I was driving was a loaner from a friend. So I have been tending to all things by way of taxi's and so on and as most of you know I have several things that are coming up. I have probably spent more on cabs over the last few days than I ever imagined, yet as of today I am all to glad that after making some arrangements I have a new vehicle. As I have many things coming up within the beginning of this month not to mention the having my knees attended to as well as having my retraining which starts at the end of this month. So pending the weather I have not been able to get out to take pictures and I do look forward to having that ability to drive again within my own car. So right now these are the times and how I have managed things has been only by way determination. So this afternoon as I just arrived home, I am reliant on just my own writes and reads.

So I certainly do look forward to driving again. Yet for the most part it's been good to walk however this is not a small town here. So I am not much for the bus, I have never took one but I do look forward to being able to have the comfort of driving again. Meanwhile I am just patient. Keeping it on the up in up is what one has a choice to do.

I choose to keep it on the upside!

  8. I have been improvising to say the least but now finally it's all within accord, certainly something can come up but it's shall be good. It would be much different if it was summer right now, so as of today it seems that all is in place.
Tests we all go through tests at times and 2010 shall be a new way of getting used to things in a good way.

  9. Thank Mike, I don't drink only socially. I have since cancer hit my family training has always been my vice. The bus system is fair here but not like a larger city. ha!

  13. I would be lost without my car and taking a cab everywhere would become expensive. Glad you will be getting your car soon.

  15. How important our cars have become to us. I would not want to be without mine either. It means freedom and independence to me.
Glad to know that your carless situation is nearing an end, Jack.

  16. Read my thoughts Frani, there was a challenge back some ten years ago as to how we could all get from one part of the country to anther with only $100.00 dollars in hand. Some were able to do it within the week and then some were not. However that was back then and this is now and I am glad and thanks...
