I decided to head out and get a few things before everything is closed. Tonight there are several masses going on throughout the city. This is a Catholic Church that is very nearby.
I thought I would go in while returning home in order to get a few pictures. There was a priest there that was very kind and allowed me to come in how this time of the year is exceptional. I wish I had more time to have taken a few more.
Done rather fast with the cold and all but within faith - there is always that precious commodity.
Taking pictures within this church was artistic - yet at the same time it's a place that is within spirit. To each their own. Within this phrase in which we call Christmas there seemingly is meaning and value. Every faith structure has it but we keep it with a regard within our own souls and hearts regardless of what we hold. It's something that we regard from within and celebrate.
It's not about money it's more about what we desire to have a regard with in our own way. Needless to say, I wish I would have had more time as I have done pictures within the church before, although I was in a rush, it was not just done it was something more for me this year.

ReplyDeleteI actually went after I came home and dressed accordingly and there are things on does do but I didnt feel it was right to actually be there with a camera. As, I just wished to take it in. I probably wouldnt have but then I thought to myself that I would but not with a camera in hand.

A Merry Christmas to you as well Arielle...
ReplyDeleteLiterally at first I headed in was out so quickly as I left the car running and was in a rush but when I first went in there I wasn't sure what the schedule was for the evening. So on my way back home I literally took these all within a period of 15 minutes. This is what I really enjoy within taking pictures. The vantage but there is something about it however within yesterday evening. I had a few things that I had to get done and yet I deleted many as I am still getting used to this camera. But spaces and all I love the manner that one can focus on one thing yet bring in another it's really an art in trying to obtain a render especially while in a rush. This and a few are my favs. But there is a time and place for taking good pictures and on Christmas eve was not the time as there is a respect on this day yet I render on that literally Suzy you see one thing and as how Maritess mentioned you the look further and there is another.
ReplyDeleteA sanctuary is a blessing at any time of the year. Thanks for sharing.
