  6. I often have songs playing in my mind I have today,,or something I hear or see reminds me of a song. I love music. Sometimes when I'm feeling down it actually helps to work through things with soft mellow music even sad songs ..it's not bad to have a good cry & sometimes it's just time to put something happier on Christmas songs have been in my head today...but I love many of them they bring about a peaceful feeling

  7. I found some online radio stations that are really nice and I can find music to match my mood or even to help me feel more cheerful

  8. Last summer CBC had a show about "ear worms". They are ditties or bits of songs that play over and over some days and drive you nuts. Most of mine are advertisements. I will be working away and realize I am singing inside my head to a childhood radio ad, "Oh I wish I were an Oscar Meyer wiener, cuz everybody'd be in love with me....." another is an Irish ditty, "Today is the day they give babies away with a half a pound of tea"....no more words to that one. "Do you know the way to San Jose, I've been away so very long it seems." is another that just plays over and over and I have to make it stop, when I realize it is happening.
