Friday

Well another week gone and I headed to bed early last night. I thought it was high time to get a good rest and then I just wake up at 4 in the morning. Actually it's a nice time as everything is silent. This week has probably been the most productive week despite the weather. And most of you know, that I have two folks in the hospital. She is slowly coming around and after a meeting with my father's doctor we shall see what happens as life is just like that. For myself, I received a letter to go into the hospital with regards to what now they think is rheumatoid arthritis and I never mentioned but I have been placed back on tylenol 3's which I am taking sparingly, but within the evening they certainly do work. I hope to get out tonight to get some photo's as my cousin and I are going to do something creative and my hopes is that I will be meeting up with a few old friends from the music area and will do something for within the season. We shall see.

So it's Friday and I look forward to this weekend as seemingly there are more things one can get done around this time. Friday's probably my favorite day of the week. I don't know why but with all the space that I have taken up here I do hope to be able to render something worthwhile over this weekend. There are so many areas one could write on but this is merely a morning greeting and it does not matter where you come from nor where your born all the matters is where you head and heart are at.

I am not sure if you can see this but "this is how we do it" with our cars here as taken early yesterday morning.

Peace All,

Jack

  6. Good morning , the sun is bright today shining through the clouds and through my window but it is cold, not quite as cold as yesterday though. I've been doing some cleaning and I am too much of a pack rat..eww I don't like that description :-) well I hold on to too many things and I am getting rid of clothes I don't wear anymore and loads of junk..There is something freeing..light about doing so. I have to have my college kids go through things when they are home for the holidays. They can't possibly want all the clothes and junk here..My daughter is already in her last year of college and there are clothes she hasn't worn since high school here..I'm trying to get ready for another set of Grandkids this weekend too ,,,Have a bright day weather cloudy or not. I wish your parents the best and you as well. The picture does show. A warmer for the car?

  7. Hi Jack
Have you tried a Greenhouse Heater?
Load around 100 watts encased in a 2" dia metal tube and waterproof
The surface area gets hot without burning anything.

  8. Good morning Jack. It's not fun living with RA, I truly wish one day they find a cure as many suffer from this painful disease. Wishing you a wonderful time this evening, have fun!

  9. "all the matters is where you head and heart are at."

That is the most important. :-) And also helps the rest get into place.

I don't think we do that with cars here....

I have a workshop this weekend--I should be learning some Berber music.

  10. There are no definates that I have RA. All that I know is yesterday I recieved a letter and I am meeting with this specialist that placed implants called Synvisk (misspelled) within my knees, but as well from this accident that I had a few weeks ago does hit me hard so I go about doing things and with the cold it accents it but it does not stop what I have been doing as well I literally was just about to start running slowly. So finally there is a resolve as I moved back here and it's taken a very long time to get to this point and I am glad that I am finally seeing this specialist that I have known for years till I moved and now he will be the one to judge what takes place. As far as this medication try not to tough it but when it gets to be too much then I will take one which is usually within the evenings. I went to bed early and I was up early as well and I just arrived home. So this weather did accent it but I work along with it as it does not stop my day. But I do thank you much.

  12. Kelly I have not been officially diagnosed with it as I have been waiting and I am now on a small amount of a pain med as it has gotten out of hand, and surprisingly it works but I know the ramifications of medications like this so I just think beyond it. The evening shall be good as I have just arrived home and I keep it on the up and up. Thanks much.

  15. Hi Cheryl started out as a very windy but much warmer day and then within the afternoon the sun came out which is great. I don't have kids but I certainly have been going back and forth here within family. And things are all good. I literally had a grand day after going to the hospital and shall write on it later on. That is the car I am driving right now and what we do here during this time of the year as it's been below zero. It warms up the block or radiator as well as there is an inside car heater :)

  17. Thanks as there is no definate diagnosis till I go in. Three years ago I was treated with injections of a material between my knees, so it's probable that the same thing will take place and I am looking forward to it for the meantime I am doing fine but I am not one that likes to take pills such as tylenol 3, so I just move along with it and I guess I am frustrated as I wish to be running or back within the gym like yesterday if you know what I mean. So I recieved this letter yesterday an within the new year now I go into what is called "ambulatory care" you go in and thereafter there is a diagnosis as well then there is treatment.
And I am looking forward to this weekend as I WILL be out within the evening as I wish to capture some pictures that I have not of this season. Big time TGIF in a good way.

  18. Mike I just headed off at 10pm and then was up at 5am...I always thrive on 6 hours of sleep. And last night I had a few calls and as well had to head back out in the cold for one hour as I forgot a few things so I went to the grocery store....but last night was so darn cold..I could be witty with this one but will hold back as I have to get off here soon and tend to a few things. :)

  23. There is an ointment for the time being called zostrix, and as well when and if needed I will take this prescribed medication.
And then I just took a hot and cold shower as it's proven to help and has in the past. No worries Caroline it's all fine.
