Another Year Has Nearly Passed

There is not that much new hear. I have been rekindling my goals. One of which is within exercise as the weather has been far better than what one would expect. There really is not that much snow but boy I will tell you you do pay a price when you embark on something. My hopes are that the weather does stay as nice as it's been as we really don't have any snow.

What within the render? I guess it's sort of with regards to the new year yet at the same time it's more so with regards to obtaining good health as well as managing stress. So it's within that old saying of "no pain no gain". That is basically my one main area right now as I had placed it off for a period of time.

So it's back to the basics and come a few months and within the duration within the "doing" I shall hopefully reach the destination which I desire. What I find of most benefit is that mind and body thing where one thing has a manner which it aids and assists the other.

I don't have any plans for New Years at this point but the manner which I see it is that every day is a new day within the year. I was reading Time magazine and there was much that did happen within this world. It can actually be overwhelming when you see all which took place during what shall be this last year. Yet 2012, just might be the year of good. Where this mother earth inhales and exhales different strokes compared to some of what has taken place during this last year.

  2. I've slacked down with exercising too. I'd like to get back to taking long walks 4 or 5 times a week.

  3. I was and I slipped as well but one thing to another. As it's now been two days into it and cadence is the key.
I mean you just groom upwards and I do believe with that mind and body thing which makes it worth it.

  8. "The New Year has no sin:
It is such a baby ...
    Let's wrap it up ...
Let's all sing together in his crib, holding hands,
The song of eternal hope. "

  9. Eloquently said Jack.
The New Year is as good a time as any for self reflection.

Today I ran into a person whom just arrived here and
ironically he was elated to reside here from where he
    did live - Iraq.
