I don't think most know what she was writing about yet yes she did place it into a song. 99 was merely one from perfection. Yet from a singer from Germany - she knew that was not possible.
Listen closer as she was writing on the fall of the Berlin Wall. Yet with some remorse. Some of the takes were of landmines which were still there in place. That is where you see her walk and smoke bombs go off.
There is not one country which is paramount as that is easy as it is to see.
