Let’s end the week with some sage old words of wisdom that are worth repeating and pondering from time to time. If I may...
For example, there are two theories to arguing with women. Basically neither one works. It's just that simple.
Before criticizing someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you are a mile away and you have their shoes. If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
If you think nobody cares if you’re alive, try missing a couple of car payments. Or any bank payments of which are not to be missed!
Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day. It does give new meaning with ice fishing but it all goes the same way.
Be careful when reading the fine print, as there’s no way you’re going to like it.
Good judgment comes from bad experiences, and a lot of those experiences come from bad judgment. As we learn from mistakes which renders the good things within life - that is aside of the cold.
Generally speaking, you aren’t learning much when your mouth is moving. In effect, never miss a good chance to shut up. If you don’t have a sense of humor, you probably don’t have any sense at all. Makes sense most probably.
I'll close with this time honored saying:
"Always be yourself because the people who matter won’t mind and the people who mind don’t matter."
“Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, and try to be my friend.
... within it all ... i will just sit in in a not so comfy chair and watch the world go by and the players play and be myself throughout of it all.
