Within the equal of dark And equal of light There occurs that flow Within a circle and sphere Blessed it is As the transformation So it flows And out goes Three fold back it shall be Within the equal of dark and light
... and the transformations goes on and on ... until its time to go. And that's the reality. Going back to Autumn, its my fave season, the changing of colours ... along side spring :)
:-) :-) Nice this "A Welcome Autumn" I like the picture.
And today, September 23 , is the begin a new cycle.
Autumn Song by: Margaret Elizabeth Sangster (1838-1912)
Let's go down the road together, you and I, Let's go down the road together, Through the vivid autumn weather; Let's go down the road together when the red leaves fly. Let's go searching, searching after Joy and mirth and love and laughter-- Let's go down the road together, you and I.
Let's go hunting for adventure, you and I, For the romance we are knowing Waits for us, alive and glowing, For the romance that has always passed us by. Let's have done with tears and sighing, What if summer-time is dying? Let's go hunting for adventure, you and I.
Let's go down the road together, you and I-- And if you are frightened lest you Weary grow, my arms will rest you, As we take the road together when the red leaves fly. Springtime is the time for mating? Ah, a deeper love is waiting Down the autumn road that calls us, you and I!
Thank you very much I know your main language is spanish and I thank your Kaneta for this effort as I will go to your blog and try to read it but it's hard to understand I thank you for this and shall listen to it.
Thank you Michelle....your last post I read the other day was truly something that was nurishing to the soul. Welcome to spring over there within Australia.
Lynne, I just enjoyed getting out and now and then the creative juices flow. As they do for everyone, but a thank you and I could stand to be corrected but hope your enjoying your families visit....you know I never knew you were originally from South Africa you have more than likely hear of the town within S. Africa, called STANGER....
~smile~ ... Stanger lies on the north coast of Kawzulu Natal ...... and if I remember correctly its where Shaka Zulu is buried ... (founder of the zulu nation)
OH wow ... how amazing is that ..... William Stanger was the first Surveyor General of Natal ..... one of the most important sugar producing districts in SA ...... Gosh that goes W A Y back to the 1800's ....... ~smile~ ...... Love learning about people and their ancestory ....
There is a friend from Portugal that posted this song on here and it came as a very nice surprise. I love it as well, but here we have a much shorter Autumn than the typical one in these parts of Canada. Yet it does come alive within it's own way and if there is one blogging template that resonates Autumn I would say it would have to be yours Cath. :)
Most welcome Caroline....I was up much too early this morning and then had a tad of a nap till ten and then went about the day. Outside rather than indoors....if you look at this one picture and my post with this boat there is a song that is right there attached to it. Thought I would let ya know.
Now why on earth do you have Winnie the Pooh as your avatar? :)

Autumn Song

Let's go down the road together, you and I,
Let's go down the road together,
Through the vivid autumn weather;
Let's go down the road together when the red leaves fly.
Let's go searching, searching after
Joy and mirth and love and laughter--
Let's go down the road together, you and I.
Let's go hunting for adventure, you and I,
For the romance we are knowing
Waits for us, alive and glowing,
For the romance that has always passed us by.
Let's have done with tears and sighing,
What if summer-time is dying?
Let's go hunting for adventure, you and I.
Let's go down the road together, you and I--
And if you are frightened lest you
Weary grow, my arms will rest you,
As we take the road together when the red leaves fly.
Springtime is the time for mating?
Ah, a deeper love is waiting
Down the autumn road that calls us, you and I!
Have a Very Good Night
