Well two pains have been going on and I have been placed on a pain killer so I think I might just be funny as heck and Jack just hold back on some of the things you do say :).
I cherish my authentic friends and don't want to have that ruined on here as I do enjoy reading and shall as well I will write. So I shall do a little reading and will catch up as much as possible. My thought of the day glad this one is over and there are a few more ahead but after this I am assured I will have my legs back and I shall be back to walking and even running but all is within cadence.... So one tooth is now done and two knees shall be done on or before the 20th of this month...
sometimes drugs are our friends!
ReplyDeleteI am not for them but within this case it's needed and not high as a kite, but they certainly do work! Wtihin this case.
ReplyDeleteFrom another who has experienced knee surgery...oh yeah .. even though I much prefer natural meds to drugs... when the pain is so bad .. take the meds..! lol... I had to have a couple screws put in my own knee.. but it healed so quick .. I was walking next day .. I am sure you will feel much better once this is done with. In the meantime.. space out.. enjoy blogging.. and rest those poor knees !
ReplyDeleteCirculation is a must Jacqui and I didnt think this would take over as it did, I saw my ctscan and I feel a little strange but they shall wear down and off - maybe the best thing as the doc said for the temporary time here as we all here are literally on computers by way of our medical. So in the meantime I have been told to slowly stretch and eat well, not too harsh of foods as I am on some viral medication as I had one bad tooth..go figure.
ReplyDeleteYes circulation is everything...albeit a permenant visual of the knee in perfect condition so is always helpful. Ginger tea is good for circulation when the body cannot move so much... and contrary to popular belief, cayenne, ( or capsicum) is a wonderful pain killer, circulation assist and blood cleanser to route out infection... I prefer these options instead of drugs. Sprinkle cayenne instead of salt on foods.. a tiny bit is all that is needed. (Cayenne is NOT caustic )
ReplyDeleteglad your tooth was fixed ..:) next down to the ..Knees..![hugs]]
ReplyDeleteHI Jack...I hope you get better soon.. hugs!
ReplyDeleteFeeling no pain...:)
ReplyDeleteYeah it is I never in my life regardless where I never walked even within 30 below or other wise, I didnt know this Jacqui, I always yet what I did believe in was and is this:
ReplyDeleteOne moment...ah have to look for it shall do in a tad.
Knee are next and I shall be back within the gym as before in a different manner, first things first Caroline.
ReplyDeleteCayenne is noted for within the future there Jackqui.
ReplyDeleteWell my friend, you just take it easy, sit back wander round and read anything and everything that takes your fancy
ReplyDeleteAfter this day is done, you can rest assured that the next sunrise will appear over the horizon.
Huge hugs and hoping that the pain meds sort everything out in the interim.
Thanks and am doing they shall for the interm and I do thank you. After all of this I somwhere within the blog is more recent pictures but these are from a time that I literally ran for an hour each morning and then crossed trained within the eve.
ReplyDeleteAnd I shall be back doing this before the new year.
Yes, you shall of that I have no doubt, take care Jack and rest my friend
ReplyDeletewith all of these that is happenings don't let that pain crippled you. Get busy with your laptop, go slow first with your exercises just a very few walks and don't burden your knees too much. And take care in everything ... with whatever medications your taking ... tight hugs :)
ReplyDeleteErythromycine as well as two Tylenol 3's every 4 hours, but I shall only do that for two days and slowly just grove back...wait I am going to tend to things as prescribed as this time I want this finished off and onward I go. Effort and what we do and how we tend to things I have found now that the best means is by way of just following directions of good doctors and specialists as this shall pass again and hopefully shall no return or be left again...yeah, yep.
ReplyDeleteyou are in good spirit ... nice to hear that Jack. Yep, tight hugs there ... and be back to the groove of things. take care as always in everything :)
ReplyDeleteAs soon as I see the word 'pain' .....
ReplyDeleteI was put on prescription pain killers for my condition and on the one hand, it allowed some time to de-stress from the sheer brute force agonies (it hurts non-stop over my entire body) so that I could get some sleep, and exist in the world without wanting to burst into flames...
A little exaggerated perhaps BUT I totally get what you're saying and I hope you have had some time WITHOUT pain for some chilling out.
I knew you from within your writes I don't lurk and I knew that you were one of many great people as thus far within my experience there are great folk and to take that time to read, it's one of authenticity and then some Natashia.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much.
ReplyDeleteYou'll be feeling like a new man soon ... just be patient.
ReplyDeleteWelcome Natashia they are good folk.
ReplyDeleteThank you Frani, I shall but today this I am a little slow but tomorrow it shall go well. Thanks much.
ReplyDeletethere is nothing wrong with going slow and just observing all around---it affords the mind a chance to learn and the soul a chance to feel
