I shall just enjoy as I always have within writing as I have always. And I guess this turn another page from me within this blog. And with all that said I did delete my one blog as this is suppose to be of enjoyable things. Tomorrow I shall have my knees done which will be a small day procedure and I am looking forward to things thereafter. To those that enjoy to just write, I still have my own blog and will continue with it I have enjoyed it since it's inception and still do it as well. As like everyone we all enjoy what we write and that has always been my intention.
Peace there to those on a Sunday. A great one to those that still do have that area in which they do believe the very right of freedom and writes as they so desire. So it's been a cool and wet Sunday and wishing those friends the best as we are nearing the end of summer. Again, I have not had the time to take pictures but it's a good thing from which we all do enjoy. So tonight and I think for some time it's going to be some writes that are merely to friends and of friends yeah...

ReplyDeleteOne small needle with a local anesthetic within both knees and then one large one to drain out any fluid that was between my knees and then one medium one that injected this fluid matter called Synvisc. It’s not a cortisone, but it does work and for the next two days the rheumatoid specialist whom I have know for years got it done, I have to go back on Thursday as he wishes to see more on my joints as he does figure that I have arthritis and yet at the same time as he was one that trained with me at the gym wished to go through a serious of things that I should eat. So that is not bad, mind you I am not one for these cheesy medical gowns that they have. Mind you this is something I had done three years ago and although it is said that it only lasts for a year at the best, I finally have had it done and shall have it done again. According to him, it’s a genetic thing and so I have a tad of rheumatoid arthritis and this will have to be something that I work along with it’s not all that bad I just have to lay down a foundation of what I do. And as well, what I eat. Vitamin D and Calcium definitely are apart of my diet. So it’s a good day and glad that this is all over with and that is about it. For any matter there is always a remedy, and sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but finally it’s all done with. ~ Done!
