had to throw this in there as yeah I have one cousin coming in from Australia, kid you not and well have to look in good order as he and his wife ....well lets just say Tylenol 3's I have never felt so .........COLOURFUL....but today if I can do without shall do. :)
Sharon they can lol, but the dosage is small and I went out for a bit and just to get in some movement BUT....I literally believe that they are something that are something to be controlled. So, I may head off for a little but enjoyed the time out and circulation is the main thing right now.
However it's all good, ironically I was up at 5am..A great day there to ya.
Thanks GG, yesterday wow that was something else and today, I am just handling it within the same moderate manner, but without pain within the knee joints right now is tremendous - I do hope all is going well over there as you do know what I mean....
DJ, this I am not doped up as many would think but there is nothing like no the one medication but the ablility to walk without pain. Are you sending it :)
