Well another morning and another coffee. I am so glad that this next week I will finally be having my knees done. Now I know that there have been many that have tuned me out but then there are some that have are not completely tuned off. It's morning hear and merely 6:15 and I so look froward to my knees being done. Yesterday I went for a walk within a part just taking in the colors and thinking about the future. It's something that is very much within my control yet at the same time it's something that there will be decisions as to what I wish to do thereafter. One never does understand that way another is as well all have our very own journey. But I am not sure about you but I love mornings literally. I will wake up and as I have mentioned before I shall place on a pot of coffee as well as boil and egg with toast and at this time of the year one Vitamin D with Calcium. And then one waits for the newspaper person to arrive and then there is something that one looks over and for me that is a great way to start the mornings. Thereafter within these days I have been walking I will always fit it in. Well, I am rambling but it's merely a morning write and I bid those a good morning as well as good afternoon pending where you are.

Good morning, Jack! Yet it is still night time over here ... :)
ReplyDeleteA good morning it's just starting to lighten up here.... :)
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Jack!
ReplyDelete:)
ReplyDeleteA good day to you Michelle!
ReplyDeletethat photo is gorgeous!.. Not Fall yet here in Calif.... though its cooled down.. Last year the leaves didn't change or fall till January!!. I love mornings too... a fresh start to a good day..
ReplyDeleteChrissy, your a further south this must be nice but I love the four true seasons mind you I could do without January as it's a rather harsh month but as the farmers - the old ones always say, "to live here you have to have a good sense of humour". I think there is something to be said for that! But I love mornings, I literally do, it's the commencement of another new day regardless of what it may be.
ReplyDeletegood morning Jack.... I have been up the last two hours, I am truly a morning person..... early to bed and all that.... although I can get a second wind at night periodically...lol..... have had my several cups of coffee, and my yogurt..... and making a plan for the day.... ;-) enjoy yours!
ReplyDeleteA good morning Mo, it's funny as I used to get up around 7am and then two years ago while working the morning shift at the airport I was up at 4:30am every morning and it's seems to have stuck. This is that free time if you know what I mean and it's before all things get started.
ReplyDeletethe farmers are right!. lol...and its almost 6am...didn't realize Canada was just a few hours ahead
ReplyDeleteI did appreciate the early rising during ramadan in that I got a lot more done during the day.
ReplyDeleteDepends on where you are within Canada....
ReplyDeleteI don't know if your still on but is there a certain time within Ramadan that people awake by way of tradition?
ReplyDeleteIf you want breakfast, you get up so as to eat it before it gets light outside.
ReplyDeletegood morning ,,it is lunchtime here..!! c[_]! the birds are singing
ReplyDeletegood morning jack. Mornings are so wonderful...a time to ponder, relax and enjy the moment before hectic and chaos starts (with the kids at my house). :) praying everything with your knee goes well.
ReplyDeleteI am a morning person too .. the air is a lot cooler here now too and there is a sort of happy anticipation as summer fades into the delightful colours of autumn.
ReplyDeleteIts 5.45pm here and that means bath and supper time for Ceirra ~smile~ .......
I love the mornings as well, especially the ones where I don't have to be anywhere until 10:00 ;-)
ReplyDeleteA good afternoon there Caroline....
ReplyDeleteThe birds are rather hidden right now as when the temperature goes down it seems as though they all have
went afar, there are a few that do stick around but for most all do head southbound.
Love the mornings and I had my preop done and I am literally very pleased with this as before the new year, I will be
ReplyDeletemost probably back in Edmonton....I do thank you as just arrived home from taking a walk without my camera at hand.
The knees shall be better but upon doing as much moving around here within Canada you have to ensure that you have
push it as I as I have and it's all good - not that three months within Quebec and then back here it takes time to get
all things aligned but as of today it's all done and more than please with this Kim.
I love it Lynne as I have one side of me that wishes to be within this gym where there is an array of all people, before I do that I know that I have to be patient with this as just returned here and it's a mere 5 degrees in Celsius, but I am amazed with the ones that while I head to where I am going are running with hats and gloves one....Summer has come and gone but Autumn is something that is just what it is. I was talking to a neighbour and his thought was, " Who knows what will come ", I mentioned to Bill that you never know what will happen within this province. So time is so many things but I know within that within time, I will have my knees done, I will have the opportunities that I have, and I know that I am not going to push it, and I do believe in omelets - but "ham and cheese please". Or wait a moment, a Denver sandwich was just fine. : )
ReplyDeleteI had to be at my insurance company at 8:15am, but thereafter it all was good Doug. :) Thanks over there to one gent that is over and beyond most and is a great friend a mentor ironically as he is one of the smartest gents I have ever seen within blogsville. He does not need an ego as he knows where and what he is....
ReplyDeleteI wished to mention that Doug as I just arrived home here.
I just love that first cup of morning coffee! Heavenly! My favorite brew is still Dunkin Donuts coffee with a splash of Amaretto creamer. I never eat breakfast before mid-morning, and for me, it's usually either a waffle with crispy bacon, or just toast and jam! Mmmmmmmmm! :)
ReplyDeleteHope your day is a perfect one so far, Jack!! :)
I love walking in the morning when I can. So peaceful
ReplyDeleteI missed the morning {working} but I did manage to enjoy the coffee. LOL Your Fall image is lovely Jack. :)
ReplyDeleteOhhh the morning, the smell of the fresh air before it has been hit with traffic fumes.
ReplyDeleteI sit in the morning and always Journal for a bit, then coffee, a read of the paper and slowly but surely bebin my day.
Glad the knees are getting done quickly my friend
