All to often we do miss the most smallest and remote things that are offered within life. We angle our camera for that perfect picture, we look to write the best of the best in what we can write, and then some write on subjects that are of interest to them and they will look in depth before they post something. Then there are many which just wish to post without the thought of were it's coming from yet they do have a few friends online.
My challenge if I may is if you have the human character and are able post what ever is significant to you. A picture, a video, your thoughts of the current times, yeah why not:?
Maybe just maybe this is a continuum of thoughts
The last post I did was of the song of One Love. I think at this time there are a few things that some could if they so wish...I will be back on here I promise you but with each and everyone. Not by way of a singular. No.
Peace, Jack
Some shall...yeah
Some won't yeah
All it is - is a one time thingy
Why not
A friend turned me onto Keith Urban.. This song fits a situation I was in..
ReplyDeletehave a great day day,Jack
ReplyDeleteOf Significance everyone has a quote, a thought and so forth I am not looking to be a group. I really am looking at friends that have something that stands out to them and I will never replicate it or other wise. Doug, Rashmi, Danette, Danielle, Heidi and so many know what I mean. If you have that time great. Once again in no manner do I wish to be a group. It's just an assemble....
ReplyDeleteWhy not? Everyone has a varied vision, varied thoughts - so be it.
This one I truly believe in:
ReplyDeleteHow people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours. ~Wayne Dyer
one heartbeat of one creation under one creator------
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I'm a survivor. Severe abuse began at age 5 as far as my memory goes. So, here is a song that I really love:
ReplyDeleteSecond, children and animals are very important to me because they are the ones abused. So, here is the 2nd song:
This is just a touch about me, as you know Jack, I love quotes, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, as when I was in therapy I was introduced to both, so very helpful to my recovery. Here is a quote I found a few days ago that I really like:
Doubt sees the obstacles
Faith sees the way
Doubt sees the darkest night
Faith sees the day
Doubt dreads to take a step
Faith soars on high.
Doubt questions 'who believes?'
Faith answers, 'I.'
Ok, that's just a bit about me. Hugs, Cathy
Life and the world are significant to me .....
ReplyDeleteAlthough this video is a little gothic .... it sings my words well .....I always revert back to my old faithful song when wanting to express my feelings and thoughts on life and the world ......
Have to check on the supper I have cooking so not a lot of time right now but the places I walk bring peace
ReplyDeleteOh and my display pic for this week self explanatory.. My Dad and I ..family is important to me
ReplyDeletethree of my favorite quotes (literally mine because I said them lol)
ReplyDeletegood byes are not for crying, good byes are for remembering
speaking well can be learned, listening well comes from the heart
jealousy is a subtle form of hate
a place I like to go:
ReplyDeleteThanks Cath I don't have audio right now but shall listen.
ReplyDeleteI recall these pictures that you have Cherly and again I do thank you. The Mill always has taken me as you know.
ReplyDeleteI can relate with this with family most certainly.
ReplyDeleteDanette very nice quotes to say the least as I have mentioned before you always have
ReplyDeletea great way with word to say the least.
Shower the people you love with love, show them the way that you feel............
ReplyDeleteA place a space from which only you know where it is.
ReplyDeleteIt looks very beautiful.
Linda shall listen to later but James certainly is one that we all relate to I can't place my finger
ReplyDeleteon it but I never was much into him until a certain time. Thanks he has never stopped being the
favorite of many - as I think it's within his lyrics.
This is my favorite quote (I forget who the author is)
ReplyDeleteLife isn't about waiting for the storm to pass....It's about learning to dance in the rain..........
Three things Jack...Family ..my girls (cats) and this
ReplyDeleteMy favorite quote is on my site ... "In a world where you can be anything, be yourself"
ReplyDeleteI firmly believe in being myself ... my favorite song is a Beatles song, (i love Johnny Cash's version of this song) called "In My Life" which resonates for me particularly where family is concerned ... most especially my daughter ... it reminds me of my life back in Ireland where all my family stil is, except for my daughter ...
won't post pic here but my children would be the most significant always! wishing you well! hugs!
ReplyDeleteam wishing you well, and may you find what you are looking for. Be bless my dear. hugging you tight. :)
ReplyDeleteHere's the best I got off the top of my head:
ReplyDeleteJust on here and will have to come back but I am literally amazed and again I am not looking to be a group I thought this would be an array of things Jules as it has come to be within a simple manner. Family I can relate with.....and this picture man this is nice.
ReplyDelete*******have to make a note to myself here to come back to this and literally this is neat and much appreciated. More than you know!
ReplyDeleteCan hear this right now and I must say both songs are nice...
ReplyDeleteKeith has a long standing background. Many dont know there is much more behind him.
ReplyDeleteYet when you listen to his songs......they are different. And that is what makes him so unique
within the music area. Great song!
I could not agree more Chrissy.
ReplyDeleteToo cool listening to it. Ozzy was never someone that I took too.
ReplyDeleteBut whomever writes for him with some of these songs are something.
Dreamer has great lyrics as well it's obvious to see that there is much
within this song...Nice Lynne....the lyrics to this would be most interesting.
Realistic Dreamer here.....and then some :)
Linda there are a variety of folk singers. I am not what sure what makes this guy tick. I think
ReplyDeletemuch like a few other artist he writes within a way and sings in a way that is towards
something of worth. Here too this song is new to me and I ponder the lyrics.
Wow.....big wow!!
ReplyDeleteAnd on this day is my own mothers birthday. I have always maintained that mothers are the foundation really of the family unit.
ReplyDeleteHugs back Arielle.
This is something to say the least! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteDoug you have always been one that brings up things that are thought provoking and I can see why you have chose these lyrics.
ReplyDeleteThere are few males on my blog but if I may say it's great in knowing you and having known you when I arrived back at a now two
years back.
I know your post is a statement for peace.........ironically the Beatles recorded this after they wen to Bangladesh after fighting a hard
battle in getting off cocaine. George I think was the one that was really receptive and continued on. Seemingly only John and Paul well
not even sure at that if they entirely cleaned themselves up but this song is one of merit and influenced the peace movement which you
often write about within a manner that captures people not just from the US but from several people from several corners of the world.
Love.......with you Doug I know equates to world peace or the attempt within our times.
ReplyDeleteHi,
Well, my favorate quotes are , Better late than never , better to have loved once and lost than never to have loved ever, these two stand out in my own mind. Many think differently and look at things differently too , so, i myself hold these two quotes dear to my heart , the world is fast changing but personally not for the better , what happend to standards .Rosiex
Rosie and that is why you have an abundance. And you are in no means too late and never shall be.
ReplyDelete.*love is all you need*...to get the best from a person.it costs nothing...to be Kind [[hugs]]
ReplyDeleteexpand on this if you could Carol....
ReplyDeleteThanks all for your admissions....I truly mean that.
ReplyDeleteA few of my own...
ReplyDelete"Acceptance is the key to what you have no control over"
"Never point the finger as there are three pointing back at oneself"
"There is one life with the now to live....so live it in the manner you deem fit"
"Should - really should lol be taken out of the diction"
"Never negate another but listen, after listening much is learned"
"Sometimes we take a short road or a long one yet the best thing is to
render the trail we find suitable to oneself - for whatever that may be."
"It does not matter where you come from nor where you are born all that matters is where your head and heart are at"
"You will never please all, please yourself first and others that you find worth and follow on within your path"
"If I need to alter myself, then I am not being myself"
I believe that is Georgia, correct me if I am wrong.
ReplyDeleteI wish to let this carry one with others if and when they feel it worthwhile.
ReplyDelete...BTW jack .. i do think ..we should all show more care towards each other ,it makes the world a better place ,, and it oils the wheels .of our lives ,in all directions ..[hugs]
ReplyDeleteI could not agree more Caroline.
ReplyDeleteYo posted several good ones here Jack. I picked something, but they are all very wise.
ReplyDeleteHugsssssssss
And a large huge back to you Anne!
ReplyDeleteIt matters not
ReplyDeletewho you love,
where you love,
why you love,
when you love,
or how you love,
It matters only
that You love.
John Lennon
Thanks Cath. There was a utube I was going to place on here and I may. I really wish to let this roll on.
ReplyDelete"I think people who create and write, it actually does flow just flows from into their head, into their hand, and they write it down. It's simple." Paul McCartney
Your welcome Jack! I've enjoyed reading everyone's comments, their thoughts, very nice!
ReplyDeleteI am going to go on and beyond this and I may make a writing on two other topics but to be honest it's not as easy as when you have your own desktop.
ReplyDeletePeace to you there and as it's pouring and dull....there are a few friends of the likes of Mike, Heidi, Annette that yet to post anything. But so be it. I knew some would and some would not and then as well I noticed that recently from Asia there are 5 Initiative Stains....time to call Multiple.....
This song has always been meaningful to me.....
ReplyDeleteToo Too Cool!
ReplyDeleteif there can be five more of thoughts quotes or whatever leave your own inner compass to and creativity to come back. I would be most happy with anything from you there are so many people on my blog.....and I know this is very general. But it leaves the "garden" open as to what you wish, not by camparision by by way of what you and only you as deem fit.
ReplyDeleteI never play it on here literally.
My garden has some more weeding out to do.......
ReplyDeleteJack, I would share something or leave a comment. But, it is a two-way street, is it not?
ReplyDeleteCertainly so Maryanne. I thought of this was just a compilation.
ReplyDeletePink Floyd. The video is kind of fuzzy but the lyrics say a lot. One of my fav's.
