Please don't get me wrong as there is a very significant difference. I had the intention to write on this tonight however I find that I will come back to it. However it has nothing to do with the Olympics or blogs, but these two words do have a significantly different meaning.
Shall come back to it...
I came back to this today :)
Arrogance= bulling your way right or wrong
ReplyDeleteconfidence= making sure you know your facts
Tee, it's been a day but yeah. I was looking to write on this but it's just a little too late and I will come back to it. As well, enjoy your day ahead Tee.
ReplyDeleteArrogance its when one gets angry easily ... smiles* well, ;) its my way of defining it, much different to the dictionary we trusted all along Jack. laughs*
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs :)
Arrogance - An overbearing sense of superiority, devoid of courtesy, feeling of entitlement to a particular position. All Talk mostly and rarely walking the talk. Most people dont trust an Arrogant person.
ReplyDeleteConfidence - A quiet trust in ones capacity to do or get through things. It stems from earning and keeping trust, walking the talk. A person with confidence rarely toots his trumpet, but everyone that the person is in contact with has respect for that person's ability.
as different as Love and Hate
ReplyDeleteYes you are right sattva2 smiles*
ReplyDeleteConfidence, when you know you're doing the right thing ... with respect. Another one not a product of the dictionary but comes from the heart that knows the true meaning of the word.
Tight hugs and good night Jack :)
yet someone can be arrogant and it is okay
ReplyDeleteVery well said!
ReplyDelete(I replied on your other confidence/arrogance blog, Jack)
I like confidence based in reality, but do NOT like arrogance in any of its many forms.....by individuals or organizations or countries...as it is a form of bullying.
ReplyDeleteconfidence is inspiring to others,,, arrogant people are boring ..they can only see ,,one point of view ..?
