The symbolism of the United States Flag was interpreted by Washington: "We take the stars from Heaven, the red from our mother country, separating it by white stripes, thus showing that we have separated from her, and the white stripes shall go down to posterity representing Liberty."
307 million free people all into a Nation, with the ideology of being united not only by community of interest, but also by unity of purpose. A nation distinguished for the clear individual conception of its citizens alike of their duties and their privileges, their obligations and their rights.
How I see America is not with regards to wars but with regards to what it stands for. The culture of America is based on prosperity and as well within the spirit of the average citizen within America is a very strong and kind community. Factually Americans spend more on donations to non profit organizations than any other nation on this entire earth. Believe it or not and that does say something with respect to what America stands for as an example.
I think that says something with regards with regards to a country.
America as like any country is evolving but there is a very tenacious and patriotic way within America and what she stands for. It’s not with respect to all of the past but more so with the understanding of where a great nation is going in the future. America is certainly a country I know all so well, I could write on a variety of areas but deep rooted within America is the ideology of hope and promise. For that is why so many have always wished to be in America.
Rich within it’s history since that have a deep feeling of patriotism. Perhaps it’s a different one now in some ways but it’s still well within the United States of America.
I will never forget the fireworks on the Hudson and “Lady Liberty” as she looks forth in a manner that is with calm yet wise.

Thanks and I hope you had a great Canada Day.
ReplyDeleteCanada's Day is over and I know from when I was there how fast things go with celebrations Tony and I wanted to write this as I do believe in United States and this is that time where people do make those mentions or writes. As within the USA from one shore to the other it's something that I could write on as the history of the USA is a great one. Regardless of these times there is that deep rooted thing within United States that has always allowed it to really represent what is.
ReplyDeleteSo I thought I would write this now and it truly is something that I do find to be of value especially the symbolism of the statue of Liberty. In every country there are problems - but this is the time in which we place them aside and regard what the stars and the strips stand for.
Thanks for this!

ReplyDeleteYour most welcome.
Thank you for your very generous blog! Its not often that I visit a site that is complimentary to the United States, unless from a citizen. It makes me happy that some notice how giving the american people can be. I being one of them. My husband, a canadian, loved this concept, and he was right on board daily with his adopted ability to give what you have when you can for whoever needs it, no questions asked. He asked me shortly after why I give so much, and the only answer I could give him was "It just feels like the right thing to do... ". LOL maybe it wasn't my cooking after all!!!???
ReplyDeleteThank you again. I love several countries but have online lived and resided within two Canada and the USA. Seemingly as I am coming back to this page as I have been off for a day or two this write is really how I feel and felt when writing it.
