Within A Sunday of July

Today the weather was tremendous as the afternoon proceeded. I went to a few places with my camera.

Literally these all were taken today. I had went back to the head of the university's home and I was able to take a few pictures and there after I went slightly out of town as I wanted to see how the crops were fairing.

As well I was over at the riverside and then after it all along with going out to a farmer's crop of mustard. I arrived home to just enjoy this.

The last time I posted this I do enjoy the shares. With those that understand the decency as I am sure you all know.

In comparison to last night which was 4 degrees celcius - today reached a high of 25c.

Now hopefully is will stay this way for the next two months!

  7. For me, there's nothing like the sense of solitude one feels when all alone in a church or a chapel.

  8. For me I was within the proximity of it and I thought that I would go in and it's a small chapel that was connected to my fond memories of a dorm small and very nice indeed.
I have come to learn that walking into places while people are around is a breach of privacy. So pending where I take the picture I usually will not have people within it.
I am just doing this as a hobby and it makes for good exercise as well as doing things.

  9. Yes, I find even catching people in a photo by accident can be rather unsettling. I took a picture of a colorful little store in a small town in California and a couple guys practically went berzerk. (They were in the shadows and I didn't even see them.) I got out of there quickly, lesson earned.

  10. Yeah I have found that to take pictures now is more of of a self things as it's not my profession and in a general manner you just don't take pictures of a group of people anywhere. Perhaps in a huge metropolis where so many are doing things but here I have found that it's better to just take them in a way that does not intrude. Yet it has some fulfillment...

  11. I generally don't like people in my landscapes, or architectural shots, but recently walking through Atlanta, I saw several street smart characters, shall I say?... very colorful individuals that I would have loved to photograph. I always ask for permission first, before I do. Most people are delighted. I've never met anyone who was openly hostile towards the idea.

I love this photo! very warm, inviting colors...inviting you in to pray!
