It shows within determination. I have had this thought on peace. I am not sure where I am going with this but it’s a luxury that only when one finds that believe and values that are suitable – then one starts to unfold what is right in front of them.
Vitality is a word, which describes the energy of life. It is the core of us and it is also the meaning of our existence. When people are looking into themselves but not that much as we all do have those times in which there is a self reflection which could be reviewing and assessing our core, for our meaning of life, hence vitality.
When we know this energy consciously, our life renders the valuable, the positive, with less aggressiveness and fluency.

Positive is what I like around me. This posting was interesting. As vitality is a part of being positive and visa versa. I wish more people would spread about good will and cheer, smile as it doesnt cost a thing, yet the return on one smile is amazing.......

ReplyDeleteI think of vitality -- that boundless, endless energy -- as sort of a dance and a humming from somewhere and everywhere, and being aware of this is such a gift and something to be grateful for.
